This looked to be an aftermarket install. But I think when the owner charges to lead acid batteries that they are boiling over due to being over filled and it’s running down the wiring. Which community are you guys going to?
@@spyderingwithdandenise7064 Buy a Club Car. All of the wiring is run inside the body and they ride and steering much better because they are designed like a scaled down car. With a factory aluminum frame, you'll never have to worry about rust either.

If I have 12volts at the switch off and then 0 with it on does that mean the switch is bad.

Goldenlife I really like the Club Cars but they are slow. Currently we are thinking of a Bintelli.
