    Everyone online talks about how much of a hassle this is. You just made it look so simple and easy that idk how they can complain. Using this soon for a headlight restoration. Thank you🎉

    Great video. Thanks. I was going to remove my headlight assemblies to clean the inside of the them. I was told to remove them, take out the bulbs, and slosh around a distilled water solution inside and then let them dry. Are there any issues doing that with the Xenon HID bulbs? Thanks.

    Hey great looking Miata - Is it possible for me to change out a burned out Driver side low beam bulb without removing the bumper? do you know a simple way to change out just the bulb? thx if you are able to answer

    • @ColoredinLight
      @ColoredinLight  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You'd be taking off the fender liner and wheel and fighting it through the wheel well. At that point, it's genuinely easiest to take the bumper off

    • @paristrinh4088
      @paristrinh4088 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can also unbolt the fusebox and squeeze your hand through the gap you've made, but it's definitely going to hurt, so probably easiest to remove the bumper

    Thanks a lot for this video! Really came in handy when I did a xenon projector retrofit last week! If you ever decide to swap projectors beware, the DS2 projectors at theretrofitsource are NOT easily swapped in. The projectors from an RX8 would be a direct swap though.

    Very well done! Looking forward to many more of your instructional NC vids. There are an abundance of NA and NB “how to vids” but not much on NCs. One thing I would really enjoy (and learn from) would be your jacking process; such as placement of the jack hat (on vs behind the pinch welds / jacking points) as well as your placement of the jack stands. I can’t quite make it out from your videos. There seems to be quite a debate in the Miata community and on the forums as to the best way to do this.

    • @thespeedracerx
      @thespeedracerx ปีที่แล้ว

      Same, I would love to see how you jacked up the car and the points you used for the NC.

    Thank you for this. I need to remove the front bumper off my 2008 NC (should be very similar) to gain access to the radiator, the AC rad and the inter-cooler. I have a small leak but the smell of the coolant makes me sick. I feel much better now that I have seen this.

      Good luck, I have maybe found 3 in the same color but nc1. I ordered one from japan but I'm hesitant to paint it because I want the paint match to be perfect. So I'm going to see if I can find one and just look past the imperfections for now.

      Believe it or not it's easier to remove the bumper than try and do it through the fender wells. In my opinion
