Kristy M Lor I also hate it when they mention her weight. Yes, she uses it as a way to make people laugh, but some guests go too far when they mention it. I can understand when their colleagues tease her, but at least they are all close friends and have boundaries, but when some random guest does it it annoys me. Quite honestly, I find her very beautiful.

Barbara Gould I did. She's really fit. Her frame is bigger than idols but that's because a lot of idols are underweight. I just feel bad that they use that to make fun of her. I mean, she makes money though, so it's all good. If they think she's fat I hate to hear what they'll think of me. Haha!

I loved the last one. I, and probably a lot of people, know so well what it's like to constantly feel embarrassed about something small that's probably not a big deal to other people. To the point where I hated even leaving the house at one point. It was cool that he got to relieve the stress of wanting to hide his feet all the time.
I died when they said the daughter of the first concern wants to marry someone that owns the fried chicken place because she loves it so much 😂😂😂
I wanted to scream when the first female celeb said that the girl eating that much chicken everyday wasn't a concern because she could stop someday. First if you listen to what the daughter said she is stressing eating, which means she is using food to cover up whatever is bothering her instead of dealing with it. Second she's at the age when her metabolism is going to change, which means she will gain wait quicker and it will be harder for her to lose it. Third she has a legit medical condition that can be made worse by the added weight -- she could be eating her way to another back surgery. I usually get aggravated when the "my relative is overweight" stories come on, because it usually the person with the concern is manly being judgmental and just doesn't like the weight. In this case there is a serious issue and you could tell the father loved her and was just concerned. Hopefully she cuts back and finds a healthier way of dealing with the stress -- she's too sweet to hurt herself that way.
She may be using food in an unhealthy way, but fried chicken doesn't change your brain chemistry and cause an addiction. Like alcohol and heroin which actually have physiological withdrawal symptoms. She eats it because it makes her feel good. The only thing stopping her from stopping is her unwillingness to not feel good.
You have a point, but you shouldn't force people to do what you think is best. Most of times, it bounces back. Everyone is concerned, but no one seems to help her to achieve what they think it would be good. They only put pressure and even if it wasn't told on the program, i bet she stress eat more when there's people complaining about it. Why don't make something healthier and encourage her? Because it's too much work. Pointing a finger is easy and people think other people should do as told.
Why they don't do it to people who smokes, drug themselfs, or drink, or even have a coke addiction? Like i said, it's easier to point fingers and do nothing.
A serious issue must be dealt the right way, a show is only a show. Just to prove it: How many times people come back to the show without his concern solved? lol

I don't have a problem with Exo, I even sort of like them. Not enough to call myself an Exo-L or look for them, but I watch their MVs and occasionally download songs, so no hate to them. I honestly can't stand a lot of their fans though, not saying all, but just a lot. When you go on other variety shows complaining about the episodes for not having Exo, it's rude because you're ignoring and devaluing the guests who took their time to shoot this episode. I understand waiting and then being disappointed, but to go on the video just to leave a complaint or a demand is ridiculous. Stop being so immature because Exo is not the only celebs worth t.v. time.

I think more people notice that side of the fandom more... oh well, every fandom has those fans, too. I just wanted to tell you that most of us aren't like that, its just the few outspoken ones >.

Little over half the people dont think the 1st issue is a concern, when shes literally killing herself slowly. Korea is awesome when it comes to health foods and holistic approaches to ailments, so i'm surprised they don't bring in doctor or show medically what is going to happen to her body if she doesn't stop.

To the guy who has a toe nail complex: I can relate big time. I'm a sixteen year old girl and ALL my toenails are small, dark, don't grow correctly and look dead. I don't like wearing slippers, and open toed shoes. It sucks big time. :(
I really understand the man with the complex of the toes. Everyone is complexed to a specific body part. Even if in the eyes of others seems nothing, I can understand how he feels. Anyway, I really think he has beautiful toes.

I don't get how at no point anyone was like 'that much fried food every day is bad for your cholesterol levels.' Like they didn't even deal with the fact that her relationship with food clearly needs some adjustment, that she needs to deal with her stress levels, or just simply that she's ruining her body from the inside. It's not even the weight itself that's the issue, that much fried food messes with your insulin levels and your cholesterol even if she's young it's still bad. But they just focused on her gaining ~30kg and how ~pretty she used to be.
I need to find this chicken lady and become besties with her. She's hilarious and would hook me up with the best fried chicken XD
About the last concern, I was nervous about seeing his toes, but it's actually nothing ! Haha I hope that showing it off during the show will make him more confident about this and eventually get rid off his complex !

That last concern wasn't bad at all... My dads toes were 50 times worse then that he had fungus on all his toes.. at that point is when you should always wear socks but he didn't. I feel lied to with this concern.

I thought that the first concern was way more concerning than the last winner about the husbands shopping method. She has serious health risks that could lead to clogged arteries and lead to strokes. Clogged arteries and veins can create more problems and give her heart attacks. I hope she's taking care of herself well.

I don't like how they treated the last concern. I mean first you force him to show his toes then scoff at him cause it isn't that bad to them.But it is to him. Complexes run deep to people for a reason. And in all honesty they are discolored and he probably doesn't like them or wants to show them. Poor guy. He would have shown them when he was ready, but forcing him might set him back to keeping his socks on longer.

golbinnom I am talking about tact. Not necessarily making a big deal out of it, but to scoff at something someone has had a complex about for years is freakin rude. And their reaction would probably have an opposite effect. This coming from someone that was in a similar situation. It cool for people uninvolved and think it's nothing. But for those who do know how this sort of things lead to depression would understand. The point is, they should have freakin PRESSURE him to show his toe in the first place. How is that different from Bullying? And Just like a bully they aren't even aware of how it hurts. Just like when Cultwo made a comment about the 2nd guest being ugly. Yeah the guest said himself but do you have to reinforce it like that as if it's nothing. I am sure it took him a while to be a peace with his look, but did any of you notice the look of hurt that cross his face when he agreed in a very freakin rude and nonchalant matter. This is why Bullying will never freakin go away, it is too excepted in society. And when something more serious or extreme happens you people wonder where they learned it from.
first of all, he must know that once he agreed to come out in the show they will "force" (as what u said) him to show his feet.. and im sure that the staff also said that to him before the shoot. second, i guess u've never been into korean culture yet BUT that is their culture to say things frankly and forward. yes sometimes its impossible to understand but thats how they were teach since young. and third people go to the show because they want something to be done about the problem , and thats why the host acted that way to assure him that his problem isnt that big like he was thinking..
NO they don't KNOW they will be forced to show their insecurities. And NO they come on the show because they care about their significant other, not because they want to change themselves (for the most part). And you can't say it is "their culture" as an excuse. We are talking about a country that has one of the highest suicide rates as well as a country that prides themselves on respect and protocol which is ironically missing at times like these.
YES they do know, unless they don't watch TV or go outside i dont think he's that naive to think that oh im just going to sit there and just answer their questions and go home .. if u go to any korean tv show THEY will "force" you to go out of your box.. AND that's why i said "it is impossible to understand sometimes" their culture and ur one of those of who doesn't understand . IT IS HARSH AND WRONG in the perspective of people living outside korea. BUT INSIDE KOREA IT IS ACCEPTABLE which in return sadly as you said resulting in higher suicidal.

*But* it is so fucking annoying that south korea is so focused on physical appearance. In the first concern, at first, they asked if she would want an ugly guy w/ chicken or a handsome guy w/o chicken, and when she said she would rather go for the "ugly" guy, everyone was so shocked and surprised. I mean, seriously?! it does not fucking matter if the guy is ugly or not as long as they are good on the inside.
Secondly, for the actual concern about the woman eating so much fried chicken, all the people cared about was how she looked fat/big, and not the actual concern of the *damage* that could do to her body and potentially kill her.
It drives me crazy how everyone is so shallow, only focusing on the physical appearance portion. then, finally, when they asked the fried chicken shop owner if he would date her, they just *had* to bring up the fact that she was fat-- almost as if that was the only reason why he wouldn't date/like her (This doesn't even relate to the concern, what the hell?!). It's infuriating because the only repsonse that the mcs and guests keep emphasizing is the fact that she has to "lose weight" and be "slim" like she was before-- implying that she was pretty when she was slim, but not when she's "big," like right now. i mean, really? the biggest issue here isn't being ugly, pretty, fat, or slim! it's about health and responsibility-- how can she waste so much money on that, *and* not realize how damaging that is to her body, health, and organs?

1. If you want to eat fried chicken that much, you shouldn't eat right before sleeping and should exercise. Doesn't need to be slim, just build up your muscles so you look as healthy as Youngja. Unless she's ready to shorten her life expectancy.
2. Dude is gonna get a lot of followers to make sure that he treats her right.If I was her, I would have broke up. I wouldn't have patience for this.

for the last concern, I have seen a celebrity with worse big toe nails, It is shown clearly on variety show, but no one cares about that, he is still loved by a lot of fans
I really like to see programs in which people eat happy but it seems a little disrespectful to those present. That's just my opinion but if I was part of people who are in the stands I think I would have been very sad because they are forced to watch them while eating. Do not get me wrong, that's just my opinion, plus I'm a greedy person so I probably would have eaten side by side with them. XD
