Yeah.....but......all that damn running with the lost ranger battalion 3-187 killed it for me. I was in from 8-01 to 8-05 infantry. I really hate running.
The cadence I said when I was a Corporal in the infantry was "see the lady in the red, she likes to give a lot ahead, see the lady in the black she likes to do it on her back". I did this in front of the mail room where all the wifes were picking up their mail and the wifes would bust out laughing. My squad said it loud and proud. C Co, 1st Bn, 6th Inf.

Love this cadence - my old Drill Sgt. used to love the Tie a Yellow Ribbon cadence back in the late 80's - 1980s... He was very religious so swearing was definitely not a part of his cadences. We got those others from another Drill who everyone called "foulmouthed Phil" - behind his back of course 🙂 Front lean rest position! huh!

That sounds like my uncle in that lol I think he was in that and plus he was engineer and a attack forces he was mostly engineer he mostly work on airplanes I swear I think he was in that
It takes A LOT of breath to start and finish a whole cadence when you’re the leader
I think it may actually help get air in your lungs
Helps keep your mind off of running. Hence can run for a long long time
the point of cadence is to make you breathe more while running too many idiots clamp up and pass the fudge out ...
@@Azraiel.Bridger left right left breath in left right left breath out. Works for walking and running. 👍🤪
