I'm 61 and jogging while sitting or leaning over the bed has extended my life. I ran to this getting ready to go in the 80s.The Army kept changing its educational requirements so I never got my run in the Sun. But via imagination I've been running with these guys since 1982. Thank you to the US Army who has done so much to positively impact my life, without me ever wearing the uniform. Five star salute gentleman 🫡⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸🫡
Never had the balls to serve and it’s one of my biggest regrets…. But I listen to these when I go running and it’s helped me lose massive amounts of weight. God bless our veterans and God bless the United States. 🇺🇸
Getting ready for Basic Training & just now getting my GED! made some stupid decisions as a teenager but nothing major! Now I plan on joining the Army & signing up for Airborne Infantry! Thanks a bunch I run to this everyday!
hey wanted an update, in exact same boat, i graduated highschool but went nowhere and now i need the direction in life to help me mature. im 21 now and i have a month to drop a little bit of weight and get this train rolling. i lost weight before but gained it back since i didnt have a real drive, now i have a whole new kind of motivation, i hope u can give me an update on how its going
8 years in the U.S. Army... Did my first 4 years, Military Intelligence... Took two years off then the last 4 mechanized Infantry.... Best decision I've ever made ..1982, 1992....
Never thought I would miss the sound of cadence when I went thru Basic Training in 1972. Now as a 67 yr old Army Retiree, I crave the cadence as I brisk walk 10K.
I domt care how boot I sound. Ever since being a little kid Cadences have been my therapy, they help me through literally anything. Bout to go compete? Cadences. Dealing with a death? Cadences. Needed to be reminded that you are a badass and will endure ANYTHING? cadences.
I was in boot camp in 1988. I was fat. I was the "road guard". I wasn't fat for long. I'm 57 now and I still run. I have over 300 5K's under my belt. If it wasn't for the Army and running cadence I'd be either dead or a fat f*** with diabetes and waiting for death. Army HOORAH!!!
I got a week or two left of background checks and ill be ready to join after my physical, i need to loose 15lbs whichever is easy since i already work in a drive shaft factory moving about 24k pounds of drive shafts each day for 8hrs. Situps and pushups i need to do, everything else in the army and hopefully airborne will be easy since i already bust my ass. “1 2 3 4 i love the army corp, 4th gen member joinin inta da corp”
Creative Uplift: On this beautiful day of the Lord 2024, to the North East South and West, God bless the president of the United States of America and presidents of the world, but a special big up's to the Path Finders, the Seals, but most of all to my Air Born Rangers. May the Blessing of Heaven continue to shine upon you and your family. So mote it be. Amen ✝️🔥🔥🔥💯 RQQ ✨.

60lb ruck + 6.5 miles + 104 degree Georgia heat × Ranger Cadences= A damn good time
It sucks living on ft benning
Try 60lbs ruck + 7 miles in 1 hour and 6 minutes. Don't forget the 10 lbs hammer
Those ft Benning rucks were no joke especially in July / August
I’m not a soldier or anything but these cadences opened the door for me to lose 100 pounds 🙏🙏
I love it. I listen to this and the Navy Seal cadence on my hikes

There’s definitely something spiritually strengthening about these.
I’ve made the decision to become an army ranger and I’ve been listening to cadences for about 16 hours with the only pause for my sleep
