Extra respect for using Wera micro drivers for disassembly! You see so many people on TH-cam going at their beautiful blades with rubbishy pound shop bit drivers, and it's sooo easy to mash up a T6 screw head.
@@UKLegalCarryKnives Wera are absolutely my favourite screwdrivers, not just the Torx ones, but I've also found it handy to have a few different brands around, especially for Torx - one T6 screwdriver sometimes fits where another one won't.
I do like the design ! Nice choil , must be a grippy knife. Agreed on the pocketclip and the sharpening choil.Good knife for the price. Thanks for the overview ! Cheers .
Looks much like the Mass Drop Perpetua EDC locking folding knife ($129). I actually like that design and appearance, but I acknowledge the faults you pointed out on this one indeed.
The choil is all well & good, but there’s a cost in blade cutting edge length, and for a chunky work knife I don’t see the point. Where I see this as seriously falling short of the Wasp is 440c vs S90v. If I’d given one of these to my son, rather than a Wasp, I’d be sharpening it every day, rather than every week, and there’d be nothing left of the blade by now.
edc life t would be great. It wouldn’t be the first time I’d been wrong once I had the knife in hand. Are you on Instagram? If you contact me there, I’ll give you contact details.

I'll admit, I learned the hard way! Wera are great imo though, Cheers 👍

Cool looking knife! Definitely needs a sharpening choil!! Pretty much agree on the clip as well!! Thanks for sharing!!
Right on, you know it :) Cheers
I’ve looked at this a few times but I much prefer my Voortrekker
This is a bit of a chunky design, and there are shortcuts taken. Cheers
Got one my opinion best choil by far quick deploying. The clip is crap in the pocket ok in the waste band
Strange, mine has a stonewashed clip, with 3 screws, it’s about 3 or 4 years old though
would have made so much more sense to me!
UK Legal Carry Knives yeah, makes me wonder is that’s a replacement clip 🤷🏻♂️
@@naiboz looking at the pics on Heinnie Haynes' site, they match this clip, you got a good one man!
I’ve looked at this a few times, but it doesn’t excite me. It reminds me of the Wasp, but the Wasp blows it out of the water in almost every respect.
This already has 2 things over the wasp for me, one hand opening and the finger choils, otherwise I'd agree with you entirely.
Slick slicers if you want when I get mine you could test it and see if there are any points you like more than the wasp
