@@phoney4258 isn't the whole idea that the agency are heroes through their own eyes though? TerraNova is supposed to be evil, and the agency stands against it, but deep down, the agency has their dark side plus, TerraNova was being used by Catalina Thorne for whatever she's cooking up with that hand, most likely to try to take down the agency
Just saying she did not release the virus, they were from the first game made by the third gang but they escaped and to cover it up they blamed it on her, also the ending revealed that the agency actually wanted the freaks to run amok so they can test their super weapon (the beacon from the ending) and then use it on whoever stands in their way of basically world domination Basically agency bad, Thorne good Just sayin

Catalina Thorne Survived the crash and has a gen 2 agent hand but that’s will prove to be useless since then gen 3 clone is more superior
