    CA glue will help with building the box. It’s an instant (6-8 sec) two part glue. I like the results with two color boxes. I think I’ll try it thanks for the inspiration

    Great informative video....we were looking for just this idea to put presents in the back of an old 1938 pickup that we outline with lights. Thanks.

    I would have used a miter saw with a stop block to make the 18-in set. It's faster and you only need to measure once to set the stop block.

      We just used 1x2 wood you could use 2x2 too

    What was the material you stapled to the box? Was it toulle?

      Yes, I did use tulle I got this from Walmart by the yard.

      The tulle is about $3-$4 per yard and I used about 2 yards

      I made 3 and they held up great I left them out until early March in MN and no issues! They are ready for another fabulous Christmas! Thank you for watching 😁
