We had to take a few days off from posting videos. A trip to the Sahara brought us all down with a stomach bug. More videos will come this week as we catch up!

      No problem/welcome = mashi moushkil
      Thank you = shokran
To your health (while eating/when you finish eating, or when you buy or get sth new, or when someone gives you sth and you say thank you , people will say it) = bessaha

For stomach bugs best is flat
      coco-cola or imodium. Also
      green apple grated into weak
black, herbal tea. (Not red apples.)
      Granny Smith are best.

For Gastrointestinal Infections, I use and recommend a plant called thym
      Scientific name: Thymus vulgaris
It is called zaatar in Morroco.

i've seen many vloggers doing trip videos all over TH-cam, and it pretty much all look the same, but i gotta say, what you're offering here is different from all what i've seen, it's not only about visiting places and experiencing new things, it is also about getting to enjoy it all as a family, the whole thing is just so real and spontaneous, i think you guys deserve more recognition for all the effort you're putting on here.
    Have fun, and good luck.

Thanks so much Benseddiq! We feel the same way. We hope that this does catch fire as we think that these videos provide value to those who are looking to explore the world as a family and is looking to see the world in a more authentic way. It's never always perfect, but we try our best. Thanks for the support.

@@WorldTowning - Just discovered your videos today, it is great to see video blogs created by such an alternative & inspiring family, gave up TV well over 20 years ago now, mostly aimed at mainstream , not much for those with a different slant on life. Thank you, this is so refreshing, and what beautiful children you have, lovely experience for them :-) .

I was born around this area, but I live with my family in the big city of Casablanca... After seeing your video, it becomes necessary for me to visit this region and show this beautiful landscape to my children. I can't thank you enough for opening my eyes such big

Hi Abbdellatif! We have been very fortunate to be able to see so much of your country. You should be proud of your country and heritage. You definitely should go out and see more. Casablanca is immense, but there is so much more within a relatively short drive. Just be careful with the speeding tickets. We have gotten two so far! 😱

I'm Spanish but i learned Moroccan language through my Moroccan friend because in the future i like to live in Morocco.......Anyway,you are wrong about the Moroccan word Bsahha because the Moroccan word Bsahha without b,it's Sahha and means : Health and when you add b to the Moroccan word Sahha,it will be Bsahha and it means : With health and this Moroccan word is used more for to wish to someone to enjoy the meal and also this Moroccan word is used to someone who bought clothes or who took a shower,etc......Thank you : in the Moroccan language means : Shokran and Thank you very much is : Shokran Bzzaf.........Welcome in the Moroccan language means : Mrahba or Marhaba and when you like to welcome more people, you must to tell : Mrahba Bikom.............Finaly,i like to tell you that i like your video because you are an humble beautiful family,a model family, enjoy your travel and good luck.

I love it. Being able to say cheers in various languages is such a great think to have in your hip pocket. We did not misuse the word on-purpose. In fact, in the area that we were at, that is precisely how you use the word, but the dialectical discussion that has followed has been amazing. This is why we love travel. The more you experience, the more you learn. All the best!

Im falling in love with your family, you guys are so cool and it's so interesting to see Morocco through your own experiences. I giggled at the "saha" lol it's cute but that's not how we say thank you "saha" or "bsaha" is said after you buy new clothes or had a meal or tea , it literally mean "good health" "with good health" the closest to its meaning in English is "enjoy". Thank you is "chokran" and no problem is "mashee moshkeel" you almost got it right . Can't wait to see your next vlog in the eastern Sahara dunes with the camels, i had the chance to do it and it was the best experience can't wait to go back to merzouga again.
Also the manual drone is clever but also hilarious, hope you having the best time in Morocco, there's more places to explore like the north , northen east and the southern sahara. Xo

The weather was great and the people were so nice. On an interesting side, while we were walking to the market, a group of young girls came up to us. One of the girls offered Jessica a part of her cookie. So generous. We will never forget her.
