Love the tips and sounds amazing have the next step performance mufflers on my 84 Vette and they sound amazing! I honestly like the look of those tips you put on better than the attachment ones
I would like to know how the muffler deletes sound from inside the car going down the road as i was thinking of doing the same thing to my '84 vette i bought it with turbo mufflers on it and they sound great outside the car, but going down the road they drone a lot deafening really. Please keep me posted, thanks!
I only drove it around the block today....it's loud. I gotta let it warm up and drive it for awhile; I don't have the time right now but, I plan on making a video inside and outside of the car. It will be a few weeks before I get to that. So far, my thoughts are it's belligerent inside! My buddy has a 86 TPI car and we gutted his cats and muffler delete pipes and it's much quieter so, IDK? lol When the car warms up and is in closed loop it might be ok? We'll see....
@@daredevil7442AUTOMOTIVE Two cats and resonator on my '95. Getting ready to install muffler delete with Lt1 tips, because I like to keep her looking stock except for the chrome A Mold knock-offs. I imagine my sound will be a bit tamer than yours with both cats and resonator still on.
Sounds truckish actually the square tips didn't look bad at all over those other tips.. good job!

Get a rear y pipe with a crossover pipe. I have one made by walker. No drone on my 84.

I have the same thing on my 1984 except I put on a new rear y pipe with a crossover pipe so I don’t get any drone.

To be honest, idk? Car ran good and I didn’t notice any engine running difference.

Yep, a cat in center of exhaust, no resonator.. I have vids of my cat being gutted.
