  • Ingredients:
    - 240 grams of all purpose flour
    - 50 grams of brown sugar
    - 4 teaspoons of baking powder
    - 2 pinches of salt
    - 125 grams of peanut butter
    - 320 grams of milk
    Method;
    - Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the peanut butter and milk and mix until evenly combined and homogeneous.
    - Pour the prepared batter into the greased baking accessory. Place the baking accessory in the Air Fryer basket and slide the basket into the Air fryer. Start the device with the setting indicated below.
    Time: 45 mins Temperature: 150 degrees
    - Once baked, remove the peanut bread from the Airfryer and let it cool completely before slicing. Serve it with some more peanut butter and your favorite jam.
