Dave and Tracy, We love watching your content. We are headed to the Elephant Bedroom Camp from April 25 to May 1, partly because of your video! This will be our second trip to africa. Last November we were in South Africa at the Kapama Buffalo camp. We loved it. Believe it or not, we are looking forward to the cheeky monkeys. We had some of those at Kapama. We are flying into Nairobi and spending our first night at the Villa Rosa Kapinski and we loved your video about that place too. Maybe we will see you around? Last time we actually met Travel for Phoebe, if you know who she is. Our names are Nancy and Bill.
Thank You for your great videos. Do you guys ever have “stomach issues” from eating all the local cuisine? How do you manage that part of living in Africa?
"I haven't visited Kenya in a while, and ever since you started reviewing new restaurants, they've all been on my bucket list Now it's full and I have decluttered before I even visit because there are too many new cool places.
Come to Asia , there are China Japan. South Korea and Taiwan in the north , and Thailand. Malaysia. Singapore. Philippines and Indonesia in the south , you can have a lot of fun in Asian countries !
you really make me want to go to Nairobi for the culinary experience, so many new restaurants looking very inviting! my mind is spinning and planning. :) TY
I almost asked about the mixologist 😂😂😂 We had an argument with my sister on whether we saw her on a previous video and she remembered that. Thanks for clarifying that before we initiated a war😂😂😂😂😂😂 We love your videos so much
I'd be interested to know what time of the evening you were there, cause it didn't look like they had many customers. Definitely not an inexpensive place to eat. Who are the investors in all the new restaurants in Nairobi...Kenyan's or foreign investors since you seem to know so much about the places to eat. Speaking of eating, I have never seen two people eat so much during dinner or on your safari's. Don't mean to be rude, but, Dave didn't you Mother teach you not to talk while you are eating?
I believe it doesn't really matter who the owners are because, economically, it's beneficial. They rent spaces, creating a ripple effect of more space demand which culminates to more construction projects, which in turn generates jobs for local people, engineers, and utilizes locally sourced building raw materials. Additionally, new companies or businesses pay taxes, and there's both direct and indirect employment. Some of the food consumed is locally sourced, benefiting farmers and small businesses. If I continue listing reasons why you shouldn't care about the ownership, you'd also lose interest in knowing who the owners are.

We have no issues no bit we have been eating all around the world for many years. The trick is to intruse new foods slowly.
Would you still recommend them for the best sushi in Nairobi? Watching you guys and getting sushi hungry
This is a great restaurant but I never said they had the best sushi. Hero is better for that.
I have the money to treat my self and I can't even find that kind of sumptuous meal made with TLC in Toronto! blessings Family
I couldn't go oit anymore theses days in Canada, that meal would have costed $250+ in Canada! 🥵

We went right at 6pm. They had more people when we left.
