@@gagemorey8532Nah, I've built several go karts like this and the only thing that's broke are the little tabs where the roll cages bolt up (from hanging onto the cage while driving/jumping). The frame will be fine. Most likely he's going to go through belts quickly and he might flip it if he tries this uphill.

Biggest thing i can reccomend for go karts in a foot well to stop ur foot from going under the wheel i was going crazy on my buddy go kart (off road) broke my ankle bc my foot got sucked under the wheel

Looks like fun I went the complete opposite with my dingo 13 inch rear slicks, 212cc with TC 8/54 gearing I can pull 3 or 4 inch wheelies from a dig with it.
Ahh the good old dingo, a better kart was never bilt. I would suggest putting the roll bar back on though, i watched my buddy do a front flip in one of those while we were racint across a field and if it wasnt for that roll bar loop in the back he wpuld probably be dead. The back tires hit a bump and it bounced up, rode on the front tires and bumper until the bunper dug in causing it to front flip slamming him head first into the ground with the roll bar slamming into the ground ejecting him and the cart continuing to complete the full front flip and continuing across the field with the throttle hung and no rider. He was ok..ish, but without that roll bar loop it would have been a bad day. Old dingos are awesome though.
