I appreciate all the blipping and ripping cuz im curious to really hear the bike. So thank you! Im getting the RKS, it's so comfortable!
Man I had an absolute blast on this bike!
It sounded so good, and I agree with you on how comfortable it is.
I'm really glad you enjoyed the video 👍👍
Have you ridden the Springfield dark horse? If so curious to which you liked better. Awesome video btw!!
@ZhekaSpetz92 No I actually haven't heard of that bike until you mentioned it
I just looked it up though, It looks like a really cool bike!
I'll try to test ride one at the next motorcycle rally
Thanks for watching I really appreciate it!
@@THE_MOTOR_MAN I gotcha! Yeah it’s literally the competition to the Road king! Both look so damn good. Im coming off a scout bobber so Indian is my first choice. Although something about the King! Will come down to price in the end honestly.
@ZhekaSpetz92 Yeah i'm not sure how much this one costs that I rode, With it being a stage three screaming eagle, It's definitely a little priceer than the normal road king.
But either way you go. They both are good looking and I would say reliable and fun motorcycles
@@THE_MOTOR_MAN I can only imagine! But man hearing your excitement on it hahaha. I want to ride one now
Well, at least we know the throttle is responsive and the bike will survive 110MPH.
@@vancependleton8484 🤣🤣🤣 👍👍
I bought a 2000 Road King with the 88 from my brother in law, 3 years ago. First Harley, sold my 2012 GSXR to buy it. Then turned around and spent 5k on a complete motor rebuild with some S&S parts and cams. Its basically a 96 now, but still feels gutless. I really wish i wouldve just used the money to buy a new CVO Road King or street glide....or even this bike with the 114. Or maybe i shouldve just put a 124 in mine. Now im stuck with a fully restored 2000 RK, but not satisfied with it.
@chupacabraracing181 you live and you learn, what's it worth?
Could you possibly sell it and put the money towards a new bike?
I rode and did reviews on my channel on the new R.G CVO ST With a 121, and a low rider ST stage 4 with the 131.
Man was I impressed!
I was also very impressed with this one too, and I'm a street bike guy.
I hope you can get into something more enjoyable soon
Love the RKS ,have a ‘21 and absolutely love it,would definitely buy another one if I was upgrading to a newer bike again
@Motorcycle_Man I paid 8k for it. Then I spent the 5k on motor, 1000 for progressive fork cartridges, upgraded rear suspension, new tires, $800 21" front wheel, and a few other things. So I've got probably 16-17k into the bike as of now. Never see the money I've got into it. I'd be happy to get 12k for it. Just wish I would've went ahead and bought a CVO, whether it be a RK, street glide, or road glide.
Shit man. Try again 😂
Its a 95 if it came from a 88....After spending 5K i think your kinda stuck with it...Enjoy it you got a fresh motor....Ride the shit out if it...If i remember correctly a 95 with some S@S Cams and a good Dyno tuner you should be getting 100hp and 100tq...not bad for 2000 era Twin Cam with a 5 speed tranny....Maybe convert it to a 6speed tranny?
They took the road king touring stuff off of it like windshield for one heal to toe shifter for two. They stoled all the chrome off of it. finally, but at least they put the little
107 m8 on it.
You know this is a perfor
mance model right?
They still have all that stuff you mentioned on the non performance model
Cruising in the 2nd gear, shifting like my grandma, you’re not worth it….🤦🏼♂️
@@mbaaij what video were you watching?
Because you most certainly didnt watch this one if those are your comments
Dont be a 🤡 all your life
what's with all the throttle blipping its a Harley not a metric
@stephenmccabe9941 why's it bother you brother?
Im just having fun and showing y'all what this baby can do
You don‘t seem to have a lot of experience with bikes, especially with Harley’s……
@Bubbleback01 🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍
Elaborate why dont you?
@Bubbleback01 meanwhile Im the one out here showing all of you the latest and hottest bikes (I have been for years) and you're at home commenting
It’s really sad what they did to the road king. It’s a touring bike not a chopper or a bar hopper.😢😢
What did they do to it?
What they did to it? The bike has remained virtually unchanged for 30-years.
lol did you ever shifted into six gear? Sounds like you’re running fifth gear the whole time.
Not sure honestly
