The whole Rebirth soundtrack was amazing, but it is exactly THIS track (maybe I could pair it with the rest of the Gongaga Lifestream music) that has "it". The spirit or the soul of the Original FFVII.

You know there is one track in every FF game that stands out above all others. And this track for FF7: Rebirth, may be rhat track for this game.
