Dude, a big thanks to you. I work on handstand since 2 years and I struggle with an inconstant kick up. And since I follow your advice my kick up succeed 2/3 time. And now I can move in a larger window and many more different position in handstand. And just in 2/3 weeks. Really gold advices.
I still do this today. At first i thought that being in the middle of the room was fun. But as i got alot more experienced i still to this day do this as strength work
@@rozzo8888 I'm 55 and started on Jan 1 this year. I'm up to 10 second holds. Having to put in a lot of extra work for shoulder mobility, but you can do it! I have a 30 second hold goal.. and want to get a good press to handstand by the time I'm 60. :) Good luck!

Man, great video. I needed this. I had no response to underbalance. After watching this its like duh I can move at the shoulders, not just the wrist haha. I'll start doing these exercises immediately.

2 years? What did you plateau month 3 and not do anything about it until now
