I loved your reaction! My favorite opera singer is the late Patricia Janeckova; if you're interested her performances are all excellent but my favorites are La Danza, The Doll Aria from Les Contes d'Hoffmann, and A Song to the Moon from Rusalka. I would love to see you react to those if you feel curious!
Great video! Have you ever watched the reactions of babies listening to Pavarotti? You should if you haven't. As for more opera to react to, I would recommend Voilà. My favorite rendition is of a young girl in a store singing it. Emilio Piano is the TH-cam channel that has the video but any version will do, that's just my favorite
that was the most powerful sound I have ever heard in my life! it wrapped warmly around in a comforting and reassuring way and pierced my heart in a somewhat painful way! the whole experience of her voice and her message was soooo POWERFUL! loved every experience of it, I would give anything to listen to it for the first time again. check out my first time reaction here; th-cam.com/video/-lgECFJLZfI/w-d-xo.html
Thx for reacting to this -- just want to say I noticed your eyes appeared to be shut most of the time & barely focused on him; I could never look away from this man -- reason being is to see the passion & emotion on his face (i.e., 3:33-3:38) as he goes on w-this beautiful aria. He was the best imo particularly because while many tenors have great voices, to me no one displayed the passion & emotion like Luciano. Thank you.
But that is the power of opera - exemplified by and in this specific aria - it has the power to transport you to somewhere out of your body and out of this world - or have a world of emotion flood into you. One can watch his passion the next time around - because you’re exactly right - But also let it do what it’s supposed to
Ahh, but you miss the main point - the music - the sound - and the work he put in in practicing his ability to deliver it over the course of his life, is where the passion really is. A face, on a professional singer, is an instrument first. Most of what you see isn’t “passion”, but well-practiced singing skills, and a little bit of acting, which he can repeat any night of the week, regardless of any “passion”. It’s funny how many people try to listen to music with their eyes instead of their ears, and try to read the easy faces musicians make for “passion”, when the sound is the real proof of the pudding.
Hi Vivian 💕 nice dress you wearing ❤ In the pass Nessun Dorma was a steady part World Championship Football. Well you are classical trained violist, so i think you like this. Love you🥹🥰😻 Leon.
Vivian, you never answered my question? Where are you from? I'm from Aotearoa New Zealand 🇳🇿 my lady is from Ghana 🇬🇭, you are a breath of fresh air! How many subscribers do you have now? Have you passed 1,000 yet? I hope you get tens of thousands!!! blessings to you beautiful lady!!!
Your pronunciation is the usual english pronunciation of italian words 😊. There are experienced and special singers who sing opera: Pavarotti perhaps is the greatest tenor. But, as women, ie as soprano, there is Callas, for example. Opera have orchestra, tenor, soprano, other singers. Opera is made by a music author and a text author: music author of Turandot is Giacomo Puccini, text authors ('librettista') Simoni/Adani. Turandot is 'incompiuta' ie not completed and is the last Puccini's opera, and have many new things and difficulties. 'Nessun dorma' is only a opera's part ('aria'). Generally there are expert listeners who judge opera's singers. Sorry for Italian words and excuse my english

You look like a "Disney Princess"--and I love your reaction---A God-given Voice who is now resting with the Angels RIP Maestro
Pavarotti is defined by all as the greatest tenor of all time in the world 👌 and he is Italian.
That would be Plácido Domingo, he tops basically every list
