From what I've learned from pros on youtube and my own wash days is that the first wash won't lather because it's cleaning out all the gunk out of your hair. It's the second wash that it should foam and lather with very little shampoo because this indicates that your hair is clean. I hope that explanation helps.
Okay, that’s good to know. I notice when I use certain shampoos that aren’t clarifying I get the same results. I don’t like that feeling so I automatically assumed something was wrong😆

If it's a foam mousse I do believe its suppose to be more liquidy,I haven't tried that brand before so I'm not absolutely sure what their mousse is supposed to look like but it is says foam mousse then usually it's more liquid and loose but those are just from the ones I've seen.i absolutely love your videos!!❤❤
@@lovvesammay yeah!I dont really like mousse for my hair but I have noticed that when it says foam mousse it's more liquid and if it says like 'styling mousse or holding mousse ' its alot more firm and gets bigger in your hands

Clarifying cleans your hair of product. That might be why it feels different.
