Dave looks really good here and the last few month, for years he looked ill and not healthy from his experimentations, finally found the formula, nice going!

Totally a dreamer with inability to know which arguments are strong. He just researches all the details but no gut instinct as to what is valuable or not. Great general advice to sleep better. I recommend taking theanine late mid day and magnesium glycinate 1-3h before bed, makes a MASSIVE difference, which is why magnesium is sold so much.

I love how being in a boxing ring or a cage with someone clearly more skilled than you that brings it to you hard, can put us in the fight or flight mode quite literally, but also very acutely as a mental choice on a 60hz refresh rate too. I think it makes us stronger in a brain-training way, and on mental steroids rate, ironically! :D

My problem is I can't find a happy thought. I'm not a miserable person by far, no depression nothing... but when he says to think of a blissful moment, i can't think of anything that made me super happy. Everything is pretty average. :( and now I'm sad that I can't find a happy thought. Well this ruined my day. Lol

    Master your inner Labrador.
    Heart rate variability practise
Good job on failure with gratitude
    Tell mind what it's doing
Fat increase energy, decreases lethargy, gives stable energy and controls cravings.
    Age-7/4=ejaculate interval(in days)
    Feel it not the research
    Figure it out yourself.

  • @ZantherStone

Is it bc if the heart rate goes up it’s harder to notice small variabilities? At least that true with EKGs

  • @ronchinoy

Ive done pretty much everything he speaks off. From Bio hacking, Heart rate control. Meditation. Living in Ashrams.
But I still have control issues when it comes to Tobacco. Ive done all the drugs from Heroine to Morphine for years. And got off them. But tobacco esp tobacco alkaloids. Is a subject I still grasp to understand. Sure I can stop. But the person I become I no longer like. So its not even like its a will power issue.

I think that happens with a lot of people. It's ok. The more you appreciate the small joys in your life, you'll be able to bring up those blissful moments.

I feel you, i was dealing with anxiety and depression some months back, and i had problems with sleeping; could´nt think of any positive things. later i´ve learned to appreciate the little things in life. In my case, having some friends, being able to go to school, piano, playing sports etc ..
