Hi. At 4:13 you spliced into the factory amp.......what size wires are the factory amp wires that you spliced? 14-18? I need to insure I have the right size splice wire terminal. Thanks!
@@khmerohio Thanks so much! At 2:50 you stated you were going to figure out which fuse you were going to use for the remote turn on. I need help with that too. I have a pic of my fuse box I can send. 16 gauge so I need a 10A fuse I think. I see HTD MIR 10A, ONSTAR 10A, RR CLOSR 10A, CNSTR VENT 10A, BCM2 10A , UPA 10A, RDO/DVD 15A , MSM 10A, ECM/BATT 10A. Any of those look good to use my piggy back fuse taps?
Good job! I have a CTS4 with the same set up but my subwoofers makes a loud humming noise whether the radio on or off and it stop when I open car door. It’s very annoying. What should I do? Help me please.
Hey Craig you have to disable the active noise canceling microphones.what you are hearing is amplified engine noise manufacturers put in their car to “enhance driving experience.once you disable those, you won’t hear that annoying sound
How can you control the buzzing sound when I close my door ? As I accelerate around 1000rpm my sub woofer will give out bass even if my volume is down. Hopefully I can get some input. Thanks in advance
@@khmerohio I will be trying this on my 2011 STS I already have the wires tied into the blue and green wire from under the seat I tested it with a 9-volt battery and it made the subwoofer pop and I spliced in RCA directly to the amplifier but I want to make sure I wear it from the amp to an lc2
Yes you can jump the remote and power to see if you have sound. If you got sound, just go to the fuse box and tap the temote wire to an accessory or ignition
Thanks bud! I’ll be using this video but installing an audio control LOC.
I also have an ATS cadillac....what fuse did you use in this video please ??

Great job brother 👍
I have a 2014 ... looking to change the cue system radio for something aftermarket is it probably without having to buy the tesla screen
Does onstar and chimes still work without factory amp not that I use onstar but would like to have my chimes for low gas, doors etc.
Everything should be the same all we're doing is just tap the LOC for the Amplifier

First check the ground but how did you hook up the LOC or Jack?

Depends Bluetooth or cable? Spotify or music files? Bass or mids and highs?
What fuse can I use as a remote switch because all the ones I tried stay hot
Look sor something for ign or acc

I have a 2015 Cadillac cts
This one is tricky
You can find accessory wire at the BCM under driver's dash blue 25pin plug pin 5 Violet/yellow
Still did not show where you got your speaker inputs from where did you get your signal input

When the car is off the subs gives me a pop pop noise and to stops?

Axxess
Get loc2i it's better
The container and the converter has different model numbers
Subbed!
some reason my LOC doesnt turn off/on wen the car starts/is off … weird
What brand?
kicker LOC
Dont use kicker it will not work on thus ca use loc2 audio control
so it needs a LOC that needs its own power ran to it?

Thanks, i was looking for the amp location. Smh, i went over a giant puddle, and I think my amp got wet, so my sound system isn't working 🥲
