I have lost 12 pounds by going low carb. I am also drinking more water. I'm trying to figure out when i should go to sleep and for how long. After that, I will try to find my window for when to eat. I'm currently doing stretches and balancing exercises. Any other suggestions would be welcomed from anyone.
