    You are ADORABLE. Thank you for making this, I've been going crazy wondering how I will ever afford to get extensions in New Zealand... SO EXPENSIVE. I finally feel like I can do my own and have my beautiful hair back!

    p.s how did you find the maintenance of the new powder? Do they still stay in the hair as long? I've had my keratips in for 5 months now

      I found that they do not stay in as well as before so I had some fall out earlier than usual, but most stayed in well 😄

    So my extensions are out of my hair now, but they have the hard glue on the ends. Do I need to clean that up before I try to reapply?

    • @caseyelizabeth1930
      @caseyelizabeth1930  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No make sure to keep the glue on or else the strands of hair will all fall out since that is what keeps them together. I just add the keratips to the end or the dip powder when I re-apply 😄

    Hello I wanted to share another product that's cheaper to apply your extensions. I use the fusion keratin pellets. I found them on Amazon and it came with a lot of bonds.

    Dose the glue hold up pretty well? (When using bellami ktips) i had gotten tape ins and it didnt stay as well thats why im asking about the ktips type.

    • @caseyelizabeth1930

      It does! I was not gentle on my hair in college and these held up really well as long as I did not apply any oil based products to the roots

    When you remove the first set of hair, then let it soak in olive oil, don’t you have to clean the hair extensions before installing oily hair extensions to your hair? What about getting the greasy bond remover out of your hair extensions? What is that process like?

    • @caseyelizabeth1930
      @caseyelizabeth1930  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes! I soak them in olive oil usually for 24-48 hours and then I wash them with shampoo and conditioner and let them air dry 😃

    I guess it would be easier and less messy if you dip the hair tip in the powder (maybe a bit heated) and then melt it with the tool :)

    But they stay all separate !!!! All the strands are visibly separate in end result, is it always so? Or does it remain so when strands are put in randomly?

    • @caseyelizabeth1930
      @caseyelizabeth1930  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah they are suppose to be all separated so that they don’t get knotted up

    Mira minelli I think that’s her name she dips the hair and into the powder and it works great. I use it. I love it. I’m a professional hairdresser wonderful for making i tips with and then just clip the end off to make it nice with the hair nippers if you want k tips, still while very warm flattten with your finger and then snip the end off when you go to use them you may need to dip them back in the powder one more time and then put in your hair as you go

    I have a question. When you remove your keratin extensions, then doesn’t it break down the glue and just all the hair falls out? How does the tip stay on if it’s being dissolved?
    I took my weft and made my own keratin tips but all the hair just falls apart when removed

    🤣 this is not actually for keratin tipping. Even tho it's keratin powder. It's for i-tips to use with the micro beads. And you only dip one part of the tool into the powder. I'm not laughing at you btw, I'm laughing because you tried so hard to make it work because they weren't very clear on their description. But now you know :) and you can make another video on how is used again for more views ;)
