This is one time I'm Ok with the Pirates getting their hands on this stuff, collecting the lost containers floating out at sea. Thee containers not being secured at the ship, shame, is the fault of the transport company, Lack of Maritime regulations.
Good for them, at lest the stuff isn't going to waste. stacking these containers as high as they are, is a no brainer. Greed is at the root, Bigger ships is the same as bigger barns. .

i was honestly surprised there was not one mention of 'global warming' causing all this, lol! But, interesting to know, that all the containers lost, are but a tiny fraction of all goods moved by container ships.

Now i know where the refurbished products i buy come from😅 but I'm curious to know if any of the goods lost and recovered end up on store shelves or end up in landfills ?If you happen to find one they make good sheds with a few modifications and a used one goes for 1,500 while one trip containers cost 2,300 US dollars in my local.

The shipping disasters are cause by how the ship's hull is designed. The V shape Hull design is the number one factor of shipping disasters. If the ship were built wider like Noah' ark you would have less shipping tilting on its side in heavy seas. The new type of ship design is Dual hull or tri-hull designs is more a stable form of cargo shipping.

Despite the misinformation provided throughout this lame version of a TH-cam video, every container ever produced has included features to facilitate their interlocking and securing on-board, with lockblocks and crisscrossing steel lashing rods and locks!
'A great third grade research and commentary; a junior high D- FAILURE!
