Don't sell expensive swords. Most of them contain at least one or two bars of dwimeryte. It's a very precious metal and expensive. For one sword that you dismental you get one bar and it cost you 300 gold. One bar is 1.400 or sth. and later you need this metal for every piece of armour and weapon
Glowing Dimeritium Ingots and Plates is what is needed. You can make them using raw materials like Hunk of Nickel and Copper, Wax etc. The real hassle is the oricachalum ingots. Saving dimeritium and keeping them in stock is smart play. Or you'll be forced to spend a lot of time dimantling and assembling raw materials. Luckily, if you do every unmarked encounter in Toussaint, you'll have enough of everything.
Fellas fellas, no need to fight amongst ourselves, we might have different choices, we might have different reasons to why, but something is for sure... we like both of these women. 😂👍

@@dylank.8857 Because all of the rats that are supposed to die in like 1 hit and do only chip damage will have lots of HP and do lots of damage. I learned that the hard way. It's probably the hardest part of the game if you have level scaling on.

Zanny, the best part is the optional stuff. Like going out to the big ass tree on the map that isn't the dryad and fighting an overleveled leshen or following the mountains until you find drakes and wyverns.
Zanny if you ever need a three Zanny or two Zanny game, I recommend Greedfall. The combat is somewhere between Witcher and Dark souls with fun weapons. And there are around 12 or endings depending on your actions. You're pretty much a diplomat with a sword or Glock. My personal favorite boss fight was the final one.
If you wanna turn on level scaling for skellge, go ahead but turn it off for yen’s quest battle with the jinn because level scaling makes it dark souls level hard
Don't quote me on that but I think its fixed in the next gen version. But if not its important to also note the rats in the sewers during one of the questlines with triss in novigrad.
In regards to the DLC, Hearts of Stone is probably best done before you finish the main quest, but can be done just fine afterwards. Blood and Wine is definitely supposed to be played last, however.
One thing to keep in mind with swords. Keep the ones that ignore armor or whatever it's called. I was using this one sword for a 3rd of the game because it ignored so much armor, that the lower attack didn't even matter. I think the sword was maybe 10 levels below my character level before it became obsolete.
The only Rune stones you need are The Fire and Poison for the swords and the Quen glyphs for Armor, sell everything else, they bring a lot of money. Equip Fire Runes on the Steel sword and Poison Runes on the Silver sword.

I legit remember finishing both DLCS, getting a full set of witcher grandmaster armor and getting all accessible places of power before I even got to Kaer Morhen in the main quests lmao (the castle itself, there were some diagrams I needed in the ruins of other buildings)
Tip: To reset the vendor’s coins just get them to exactly 0, sell all the things you have to then get them to using selling materials you don’t need like threads which each cost 1. Then save the game then load that save.
Altered Carbon was just finished after season two, not cancelled. They adapted the first book of the trilogy in season one, then the second and third book in season 2.
Also Triss Vs Yen is interesting as the expansion Blood and Wine (Amazing btw) sort of ties off the endings properly and Idk how that works with Triss at all, because canonically Yen ending is accurate.
Griffin set is like the second/third best set in the game. If you play Blood and Wine and find its Grandmaster level, you can cast 2 spells consecutively while wearing; that is, if you want to cast Aard twice in a second or so, you can press the button twice and Geralt will do Aard sign twice. I don't know if you understood, but it definitely is a preem set (looks lame though, can't disagree with that) And also, you can dismantle miscellaneous items in your inventory which you do not plan to use. You can get huge amounts of alchemy and material for improvements.
Novigrad has killed probably 3 or 4 of my playthroughs. Literally as soon as you get there, it becomes such a slog JUST to finish everything you can in the city that I've only ever made it to Skellige a few times. Novi is actual Hell for me, just like I imagine all cities to be IRL
Witcher 3 and Red Dead 2, both make points if interest and encounters really fun. Altough Skellige can be a little boring to clear but the main story and side quest are amazing. You can easily loose yourself for hours without even noticing.
People preferring Triss over Yen simply dont know what Triss did in the last games and what Yen truly means to Geralt. Triss is canonically only a side character and minor love interest while Yen is his soulmate
TW3 is one of the all time best games but i still think cyberpunk side content is unmatched the only blemish is ncpd scanners getting repetitive but even then doing a couple inbetween other missions and gigs actually keeps the game more engaging and refreshing, but the actual side missions are amazing in variety you go from performing a concert to deciding the fate of ai 'children' its insane
I love that you can get environmental kills from yourself.
