Being interested in viewing Philippines Top Universities; I assume that you are such a studious person, especially on your school days. Keep it up! Hope you explore more of Philippines museums, Cathedrals and other historical landmarks.
I think I’m enjoying my second tour . First the UST. And now UP. Thank you for this. I haven’t been to these Universities but it seems I am with you touring around.
Thanks for touring UP! It's one of my most favorite places on earth, and filled with so much memories! I have to say, though, this is nowhere near the entirety of the campus 🤣 The College of Science, located near the outskirts of UPD, is a must-visit, as well! 💙 And you ABSOLUTELY should visit during April-May, the so-called graduation season. They plant thousands of sunflowers along the University Avenue and around the Oblation Plaza! 🌻 Oh, and the big grassy field is called the Sunken Garden, and it's named as such because it sinks a few centimeters every year. 😊
Just a trivia, there are buildings that are identical: Quezon Hall (Admin) and Gonzales Hall (Main Lib) Malcolm Hall (Law) and Benitez Hall (Educ) - facing each other Palma Hall (Arts and Sciences) and Melchor Hall (Engg) - facing each other
Yeah, one of the first fun facts i learned as a freshie. That they were mirror images. Another was that the Sunken Garden had (not anymore) only one coconut tree.
I’ve been living outside the Philippines for 2 and a half decades already and never been at UP Diliman and Dela Salle University but because of you I’ve seen the places. Thank you for making the vlogs about these campuses. I studied at AUP Adventist University of the Philippines which is also big but I’m curious how the other university looks like. Thank you.

ive been looking for a vlog of UP that was filmed on 2019 for the past week, and finally i did !! i visited UP with my family (my mother graduated there) last year, and it was currently under construction in the front of the campus. i was curious what it looked like now, and thanks to your vlog, i finally know !! i learned much more from this, tysm and keep up the good work !!!!
I had the same thoughts during my first year in the university -- it's like a city within a city. You have a lot of areas left to explore. You should get someone to tour you around next time. Thanks for visiting UPD. It will always be one of my happy places. 💚❤
Awwww you said, you also studied at University of Pennsylvania. Not too shabby Ivy league school! You're such a humble guy and I'm enjoying your vlogs from the Philippines. So now a new subscriber!
The stuff about sprinting is pretty much accurate. Unfortunately, I never had abs when I went to UPD. What I did get though from all those sprints were tons of leg cramps. Glad you enjoyed your visit in our campus.
If you come to Visayas, please do see University of San Carlos in Cebu, Silliman University in Dumaguete and Visayas State University in Baybay City, Leyte. You will surely love it too. 🙂
You're welcome Kell . VSU is a must see it has its own resort and hotel accommodation inside the university 😁 and it is situated between Mt. Pangasugan and Camotes Sea. The 2nd largest state university next to UP Los Baños. You can do everything there can hike, chase waterfalls, swim and dive. A Very Scenic University VSU.
what would be epic is if he goes to a high school, and show how students hang out in big groups walking about to cafes, malls, cinemas, etc. That would entail so much vibrancy and fun. That is also what really separate the Philippines. I see students hang out in throngs of 20 or even more. If he does this, wow, that would get so many views.
sad that you didn't get to see area 2 where most students usually eat (its a whole street filled w affordable meals) as well as the new gym. a football and track field are being built as of now as well. all those are just behind the bahay of alumni. but regardless, the video was amazing! never seen anyone do university tours yet. keep it up :)
Bea haven’t visited the area where the gym was (or still is?), the one close to NCPAG. So I didn’t know there was a new gym. It was pretty decent when I took PE classes there back in the day. Lol. And area 2! Lutong bahay! Nostalgia!

That's where I graduated! My second home in the 90's. At 10:41, the grassy field's called the Sunken Garden and behind the UP sign there was a popular lunch spot called the Beach House! Oh boy! I'm getting nostalgic. LOL Thanks for sharing your explorations! :D
This video is very interesting. You actually just walked around the oval, our university is massive. There are places on the other sides like the science complex, engineering complex, gym, and the food street. But this video is awesome, thanks for visiting.
Im homeless and your videos sort of inspire me for some particular reason................If you happen to be in Makati and want someone to show you around I sleep most nights at Arnaiz Ave. @ the BPI in front of Raffles/Fairmont Hotel Goodluck and more power to you...............
I love that you’re visiting new spots and they way you put your own flying Kell spin on your adventures. Always entertaining and wanting me to come back for more. How long are you going to be in Manila for? Stay safe and Mabuhay!
Why not try San Beda University. It's kind small but you'll never regret a visit. Also book a tour of the Monastery within the University. Btw, it's the only Oldest Monsatic University in Asia and it has survived the World War and has a neo-gothic architecture outside and neo-baroque inside. P.S. I liked your videos of exploring Universities.
I go to UP everyday but, I don’t really work nor study there haha. Melchora Hall is pronounced as Mel-cho-ra Hall. The giant field you saw is called the “Sunken Garden” because it is a field in a Sunken ground. During February they have a fair at the Sunken Garden called the UP fair. The jeepney’s pass through UP and after go to different parts of Manila. Also there is more to the campus than just where you went, we also have the “Bahay ng Alumni” or the House of Alumni, where a lot of events are being held there. We have a hospital and a shopping center (which unfortunately, burned down recently) on the campus as well. They have the Parish of Holy Sacrifice, it is a big dome-shaped church in the campus. There is so much more the the campus but It’ll take too long to tell if I mention everything else that is great.
wow, 20k subs already! he got the students from the universities to subscribe. lol. you deserve it, walking/flying around manila in the heat like that.
My alma mater!!! I haven't seen the inside of UP in years!!! It is the biggest uni and the most gorgeous of them all! When you re in the campus it's like traveling to another country of sorts! You should have tried eating the street foods there. They're really good! ❤ thank you for making this tour video! It brings back memories! The best time of my life. 👍😊 keep it up!
Thanks for taking me on a memory-trip to my old alma mater of some 60 years ago. Doesn't seem like much has changed from when I was there. I admire your energy for walking the campus up and down. I never did that when I was there. Looks like not much of it has changed since the 1960s, even though I know there are many new buildings since that time.
Mabuhey!!!!!! Hey! So happy you are enjoying! Stay safe and have fun! Hope you find happiness in everything you do!!! 💪🔥 and congrats to 12k!!! So awesome!!! Last time it was 7k but now doubled? Amazing!

Glad to see my university on your video. You only really scratched the surface, as each college or institution has at least one building on campus. I suggest you make a second video visiting other areas. It would be nice to feature the National Science Complex which houses the Institute of Biology, Institute of Chemistry, National Institute of Physics, National Institute of Geological Sciences, National Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Marine Science Institute, and the Institute of Mathematics!
You ahould have visited the UP College of Music where you could meet many famous Filipino Composers , National Artist for Music and the world famous Award winning chorales like UP Concert Chorus and , the UP Madrigal Singers etc. etc.
My dad, aunt and some cousins graduated from UP Diliman. They are really intelligent. I'm proud of them cause they went to one of the best and popular universities.
Great video! Please come to UPLB, the Los Baños campus of the University of the Philippines! It's bigger than the Diliman campus and features a lower campus and an upper campus. The upper campus is home to a lot of flora and fauna and you can take hike on the Makiling Forest Reserve.
UP alumna here! Great video. Makes me miss my Alma Mater so much 😌😌 You should definitely make another video on UPD food. Non-UP and UP students alike flock to a lot of these different stalls and mini restaurants to enjoy some inexpensive yet delicious meals (and snacks). Up next visit UP- Los Baños, 4x the size of UP Diliman.
UP Diliman was ranked number 1 as the biggest campus is the Philippines...
Btw Jiro is also my real name... NAME TWINS.
Gonna check it!
@@Yoyo-uc5im in terms of student population, diliman is bigger. But in terms of campus land area, UPLB is way bigger (5000+ hectares compared with diliman's almost 500 hectares)
@@FlyingKell If you go to UP-Los Baños, you should visit the International Rice Research Institute. They have a nice little museum all about rice and the work they do.
You can also visit the, College of Agriculture, College of Engineering College of Forestry, etc and the Botanical Garden, Museum of Natural History, at the foot of Mount Makiling. It is a forest reserve area. You need to leave very early from Cubao, Q.C. before 5am to avoid heavy traffic.
Bro I like your style of videos not only the nice and tourist spots but the extra ordinary places , luv it!!
I love the islands and beaches, but I love making urban vlogs just as much! 😁
Hi Kell! I'm so glad you enjoyed your tour inside our campus. This made me appreciate the University more. As we always say, "NowheretogobutUP!" #proudiskahere
he's spontaneous as well as, a person of simple humor, like when he said "that girl is sprinting to class right now!" as he was continuously admiring how big UP is..... he's not into 'cliches' to capture an audience... i'm 'hooked to his sense of honesty' :)
Making this comment while waiting for the ad to finish 😉
You are awesome, bro! ❤️
I think u can also visit UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINE LOS BAÑOS in laguna
Being interested in viewing Philippines Top Universities; I assume that you are such a studious person, especially on your school days. Keep it up! Hope you explore more of Philippines museums, Cathedrals and other historical landmarks.
Wow, more than 17 subscribers as of this posting. Huge jump from less than 10k before this UP Diliman vlog. Congratulations!
Oh, and the big grassy field is called the Sunken Garden, and it's named as such because it sinks a few centimeters every year. 😊
Try to visit UP campus in Los Banos, Laguna. It's around 3-4 hr bus ride from Manila.
Gonna check that out! 😁
@@FlyingKell be careful many ghost..in UP los banos.. 😂
Flying Kell YOU BETTER
UPLB is the biggest univ in the phil haha
UPLB is the largest uni in Philippines
Just a trivia, there are buildings that are identical:
Quezon Hall (Admin) and Gonzales Hall (Main Lib)
Malcolm Hall (Law) and Benitez Hall (Educ) - facing each other
Palma Hall (Arts and Sciences) and Melchor Hall (Engg) - facing each other
Yeah, one of the first fun facts i learned as a freshie.
Thank you.
Once a year they have an event called the UP Fair wherein they build a small amusement park at the Oval and invite famous bands to perform
Upfaaair!!!!
i love watching your vlogs. you've just won one new subscriber. i'm a filipina and i thank you for visiting our country and vlogging about some of our universities. stay cool man!
Thank you, Trish!! 😁
Another unique and interesting content kell! You nailed it!...love you even more!
ive been looking for a vlog of UP that was filmed on 2019 for the past week, and finally i did !! i visited UP with my family (my mother graduated there) last year, and it was currently under construction in the front of the campus. i was curious what it looked like now, and thanks to your vlog, i finally know !! i learned much more from this, tysm and keep up the good work !!!!
This made me miss the campus so much... I'm crying...
Thanks for this.
I had the same thoughts during my first year in the university -- it's like a city within a city. You have a lot of areas left to explore. You should get someone to tour you around next time.
Thanks for visiting UPD. It will always be one of my happy places. 💚❤
Yes Kell, sounds amazing!you accept my recommendation!
Of course!! Thank you :)
Awwww you said, you also studied at University of Pennsylvania. Not too shabby Ivy league school! You're such a humble guy and I'm enjoying your vlogs from the Philippines. So now a new subscriber!
I am impressed with the number of universities u went to... this vlog is very informative. Thank you... more vlogs please. 🤗🤗🤗
You should definitely visit Intramuros! (Also known as the walled city)
The stuff about sprinting is pretty much accurate. Unfortunately, I never had abs when I went to UPD. What I did get though from all those sprints were tons of leg cramps. Glad you enjoyed your visit in our campus.
Just recently watched your UST tour vlog, and all I can say is that I really enjoyed it❤ Hope you can do more vlogs like this😍
Tnx again this video, before UST now UP. I comment your UST vlog to try visit UP and now u made it. Tnx
Thank you for the suggestion!! 😁
If you come to Visayas, please do see University of San Carlos in Cebu, Silliman University in Dumaguete and Visayas State University in Baybay City, Leyte. You will surely love it too. 🙂
Charisse Joy Villalobos VSU baybay
Thanks for the suggestions, Charisse! 😁
Bill Tano it's my alma mater. 🙂
Fun Fact: The University of San Carlos in Cebu is the oldest school in Asia.!
UP Visayas miagao campus, one of its constituents, has its own beach inside the campus! It's flagship course is fisheries. :)
Can't wait until we can all go back to f2f classes so i can experience upv miagao, not through a screen
what would be epic is if he goes to a high school, and show how students hang out in big groups walking about to cafes, malls, cinemas, etc.
Nostalgia!
@@nijao9079 Yes!!! May new gym na just beside bahay ng alumni. The best talaga paglain sa area 2 esp the mango graham shake ahaha
Thanks for the info, Bea! 😁
Bea super cheap pa, as compared to CASAA. (Yep, wala ng CASAA, so u are getting an idea about my student number. Lol)
@@nijao9079 sobrang totoo. and madami variety of choices din. everythings basically there na ahaha
Wow Kell! First I want to say congratulations for your 11K subscribers going 12K you deserved it. Next time road to 100k . Loving your university vlogs and your other vlogs as well. I think you will be a great university professor.😁You are always hilarious.
True...
Thank you Flying Kell for featuring our lovely University's.. hope you continue featuring our Loving Country Philippines in your AMAZING VLOGS :)
You are the only vlogger who thought of visiting UPD😊
Thank you!
Actually, Becoming Filipino went there first :)
Im homeless and your videos sort of inspire me for some particular reason................If you happen to be in Makati and want someone to show you around I sleep most nights at Arnaiz Ave. @ the BPI in front of Raffles/Fairmont Hotel Goodluck and more power to you...............
OMG!! I KNEW I SAW YOU FILMING THIS VIDEO! I study in UP Diliman. Science complex is also majestic. hope you had a great time here :)
In videos like this, it makes me feel really happy and really proud about being a Filipina.
Thanks for visiting UP Kell. It made me reminisce my ‘hell week’ and proud to be a UP alumni 😁.
UP resembles US universities because it was built by the americans
@Big Mouth ofcourse theres no doubt about the preeminince of US universities
@Big Mouth you do realize it is being renovated?
I love that you’re visiting new spots and they way you put your own flying Kell spin on your adventures. Always entertaining and wanting me to come back for more. How long are you going to be in Manila for? Stay safe and Mabuhay!
Thanks so much, Bman! Always appreciate your comments! 😁
Hi flying kell, i liked the way on how you deliver the info for all videos i had watched. Very cool and so natural.
And because you have visited my university, I will now be your subscriber!😍
wow, 20k subs already! he got the students from the universities to subscribe. lol.
you deserve it, walking/flying around manila in the heat like that.
There is also a Conservatory of Music in UP and UST.
Just saw it now (2020). You really give great comments in our country's people and culture :) very humble. Thank you so much
My alma mater!!! 👍😊 keep it up!
next is ateneo de manila university LOL! but this sets you apart from foreign vloggers...no one has done this so kudos!!!!
Go to UP Los Baños as well! There are mountains and rice fields as its backdrops :)
University for GIANTS!!!! Yes sir!!! 👍🏼
For stupid yellowtards
Another University campus tour! Lovely! Thanks for being a great tour guide as always! 😊😉 next vlog pls. 😁
Amazing!
I've never been to UPD so thank you for actually touring me around my dream school through this video! Haha! 😊💕
Try to visit De LaSalle and Ateneo campus the expensive and rich schools
They're on the list! 😁
can't wait! 💖
Yes please. I wanna see
@@FlyingKell Yeah go. The Green Archers vs The Blue Eagles. ( La Salle & Ateneo are archrivals, kind of) Go to De La Salle, my alma mater. I much prefer the De La Salle Dasmariñas campus outside Manila. Watch this th-cam.com/video/Y_cEfuFvP64/w-d-xo.html ...its the largest and greenest La Salle campus.
its not allowed to enter lasalle dasma i think. and its small compared ...
FlyingKill thank you for featuring the 4 best University and Philippines.
Congratulations Kell for the rapid 11k sub. :)
Cheers, Sammy! 😁
And now 14k because I watched it 😋
And now 16k?
Hmmmm i bet 90% of it was pinoy?
TH-camrs are now invading Philippines 🤔
And now 20k
OH WOW! YOU'RE NOW DOING A CAMPUS TOUR! KEEP IT UP KELL!!
Loving it, Joeff! 😁
Cute ;)
Ur blog is always unique and informative..
I think, no need to do collaboration with other blogger :) cause you are doing well
😬😬😬😬
SHHAADDDYYY HAHAHAHA
You ahould have visited the UP College of Music where you could meet many famous Filipino Composers , National Artist for Music and the world famous Award winning chorales like UP Concert Chorus and , the UP Madrigal Singers etc. etc.
My dad, aunt and some cousins graduated from UP Diliman. They are really intelligent. I'm proud of them cause they went to one of the best and popular universities.
Best Popular Communist Party of the Philippines School Recruitment of New People's Army.
Hahahahahauhahagahahahahahhshw😂😂🤣🤣
Thank you for visiting the universities in the Philippines, hopefully i can see more vids from your channel.🔱
Kudos, Kell! You make us so happy. Hope you'll vlog in UP Los Baños soon. 💕
"she sprints in the class right now," HAHAHAHA
Great video! Please come to UPLB, the Los Baños campus of the University of the Philippines! It's bigger than the Diliman campus and features a lower campus and an upper campus. The upper campus is home to a lot of flora and fauna and you can take hike on the Makiling Forest Reserve.
UP alumna here! Great video. Makes me miss my Alma Mater so much 😌😌
You should definitely make another video on UPD food. Non-UP and UP students alike flock to a lot of these different stalls and mini restaurants to enjoy some inexpensive yet delicious meals (and snacks). Plus there are also fancy ones too if you want to try a wide range of options. Pretty sure a lot of UP students would love to tour you around!
