I added a link in the description where you can donate to Fundacja Ocalenie, if you wish to. They provide humanitarian and legal help to the refugees at the Polish-Belarusian border.

Love a themed hotel! So many cute animals! 😍 Also thank you for the information about what's happening, it's not something that gets reported much over here in Aus!

Thank you Ania for sharing the themed hotel, it felt so good to see animals in a book-tube video. And also wonderful to see the lovely Polish landscape. I wish to visit your country someday in the near future. 😊

Peril at Endhouse is one of my favourite Agatha Christie books too out of the 41 I read so far.

The hotel seemed cozy and the bisons were beautiful! Seems like you had a nice time in the woods with your mom. I never read Peril at the Endhouse and it's been years since I touched an Agatha Christie book, maybe it's time to revisit her because you made that one sound very interesting. And the Reprieve sounds disappointing. I was interested on the escape room plot but since it isn't the main thing, I will not be picking it up.
Thank you for leaving the links on the description! I will be educating myself on the matters you mentioned.
I hope you are having a great day Ania!

definitely reach for some Agatha Christie! to me even if I don't end up liking the books it's always a fun experience to try and solve the mystery
thank you Ana, have a nice day too! 🥰

Thank you for inserting that tidbit sharing insights on the border crisis and stepping outside of the "Booktube" box for a minute to discuss real life implications from the geopolitics of the region. Being from the US I had no idea this has been happening; I certainly learned something today.
Coincidentally I also started Sea of Tranquility a few days ago, but unlike you I had not read anything by the author before. I'm close to reaching 50% and I...find myself oscillating between indifference and confusion? I think I'll keep going given it's quite a short book, I am hoping it has a miraculous turnaround but I can't help feeling like I am missing something given the praise this book has received. Looking forward to seeing your thoughts when you pick it up again, sounds like you had positive experiences with the author so I'm hoping you enjoy it a lot more than I am! 😅 The alpacas are so cute, I especially love the ones with an unkempt head of hair. I can safely say I am more emotionally attached to any alpaca in your vlog than all the characters from the book combined at the moment lol. I hope you and your mom had a wonderful getaway!

Hmm, I did hear that Sea of Tranquility comes kind of together at the end (I'm guessing the storylines intertwine..?) but honestly if it's not holding your attention at all I feel like dnfing might be a good idea? 😅 It's really not sounding like you're enjoying yourself haha
I can't say much still, I only managed to finish the first part but I don't think it's going to be a 5 star either way

@@AniasBellJar Very true! I ended up finishing it, but let's just say I should have DNF'ed it haha. I usually feel comfy with giving up on books but this one had so much hype - lesson learned :)

Definitely its better when there was the people's republics, Poland, Ukraine, and Belarusian, we're getting along politically in the soviet times. Maybe socialism unties the workers (with a sovereign not nato state), so they don't go to war for profits, creating migrant crises.
