    I Velcro my car registration and insurance folio to the upper inside of the console, also a pack of gum, a tire gauge and a small flashlight. They never get lost! I also Velcro the kitchen TV remote to the refrigerator. There’s a lot more uses for Velcro, or hook and loop tape, especially the industrial strength adhesive-backed type.

    Why aren't the duvet and its cover already designed with internal buttons or loops

    • @missmayflower
      @missmayflower ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Lots of them are, or they have ties in the cover and loops on the duvet. The cheaper ones don’t have them, but I’ve always just used big safety pins.

    The Duvet clips don't have to be visible if you turn it inside out when you clip it. Start with the cover inside out lay the duvet on top clip it flat to the cover then turn it right side in and the clips won't be visible but will do their job.

      Or normal hair ties.
      A more elegant version would be to sew 2 strips of fabric to the inside of the corners and tie de blanket with them (some covers already have those).

    White block bags. You can write the description directly on the bag with a ball point pen, no labels required. Alternatively, cut the product identifying info off the packaging and put that in the bag. I prefer 4 mil bags for durability.

      @@rosalie.e.morgan I’m in the US and every duvet cover I’ve bought from a US retailer has ties sewn inside. The down comforters have not had loops, but they’re unnecessary. Just bunch up the corner and tie the strings tightly; they’ll be very secure!

    • @AlanEoff
      @AlanEoff 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@auberjean6873 no not itchy. It's not regular wool. 81% of merino wool is gathered in Australia. Since I started wearing darn tough socks, I've also replaced my t shirts and underwear with merino wool, but Darn Tough only makes socks. It's almost impossible for merino wool to hold bad odor which can come in handy. Smartwool and unbound are just a few of the brands I wear. None of these can be called cheap but I say they're an amazing value.

    Try BreathRX tongue scraper. It’s a game changer. I put them as stocking stuffers for family and friends. Also, earplanes for people who have that pressure change when a flight starts landing. Before, it felt like a screwdriver was going through my brain, and it’s the reason babies cry during the last 20 minutes of a flight. This prevents that.
