Glad Tim is ok from that accident
I’m glad the Mensch is back behaving. Poor Tim. He attracts the crazy drivers out there.
Glad you liked the beer. Thanks for taking the time to visit.
It’s good stuff, thanks again
The master has performed another major job to be completed , congratulations, stay safe .
Andy you repeat yourself as much as you want, I like how you share your thoughts.
I worked for mensch back in 2015. They stopped putting Deere engines and started using Cummins when I was there. I assembled vac and sand trucks- and made a million hydro hoses and wrapped them in that yellow plastic…. I don’t miss that.
Hi Andy !
Good Friday for me , beer , pizza and watching Mr.Hourigan whit mensch steering project.
Good job girls !
Thanks Andy for your time and everybody have a good day at the farm ! 💖🙋♂️
That’s a big project. The right man for the job is on it.
Skilled man
It's amazing the repairs you tackle in your shop
L turn, signals on, and some dumb💩 tries to pass. I bet they said they thought they were being told to pass by the TURN signal, or "didn't see it". CFS- Can't Fix Stupid! Great video, Andy!
Great job on the steering cylinder repair you should gave Christen some points for his hydraulic certification he was there to help 👍🚜
I like your trucks and your stuff and your heart your hair and your corn and your weed
Poor Tim....He is just a magnet for vehicle incidents...
Another great video, Andy. I love to hear the boys and their thoughts for the day. Keep them videos coming!
I love it when you win the battle! Nick, North West Farmer (Oregon)
You the only Tv I watch Andy to much work going on in the garbage industry trying to get rid of methods
Keep ‘em coming
Worked my younger life trying to get off the farm and been working every since to get back lol
Squeaky seat gets the grease 😂
Great video. My 2 replacement knees hurt like heck watching you crawl around on that concrete.
Mine too
Yes. I don’t know how you do it.
Ya know Andy I realize money doesn't grow on trees but you need a huge cold storage barn to keep the tractors while not in use.
I enjoy your video’s just the way they are, especially your repairing or fabrication videos.
Thanks for sharing. Always enjoy your videos, mostly repairs and fabricating ones.😊
I hope that you get after him for he never leave the fuel pump running no more when he’s done filling something up Teach him a Lassen
Raise that up your knees will love you for it!!
Another very interesting video Thank you Andy 😊😊😊😊😊😊
Andy great content as always. Keep the action and knowledge coming. Enjoy setting back watching your videos. Catchya at the next one. You all stay safe!!
Good evening Andy.
Well at least the boys at Mensch made everything easy (haha haha) to get to and to work on .........
It’s jealous of the new sand truck
A forklift is essential in a workshop dealing with farm machinery.
O rings could have been bad on the bottom ran into that on a 4020 three point hitch cylinder great videos
Force will prevail, Heat it and Beat it 😉
And Timothy left the fuel pump on 😂😂😂😊
I like your channel, and the interesting pieces of powered equipment you have!
It works out that you repeat yourself. If I’m not paying attention to the video I don’t have to rewind the video. So do what you do.
Howdy Andy & family
I hope they gave you a steering box
Beer and Farming go together in the Midwest!!!!
I like that green mack truck,Ilike to see a 2 stack mack,if he wants to 😊
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO ANDY 😊
I'd like to show by the way you used to show of you fixing your tractors and your truck and cutting your hair and your corn
Andy, have Jared give an update on if the two intakes make any difference on the Mack! Also where he got them?
I was gonna kid about a nuhn sand truck knowing how you like the vac truck not knowing they even built one and here you are trying one
Driver totals their car and the C 500 basically gets a paper cut... that's natural selection right there
Mensch doesn't sound like a very good company Another good video Andy 🐄🚜🇺🇲👍
Thought the same thing. But also have to remember they probably have more hours on them than the average guy.
You think you could fix that thing over the phone?
That's true I have run front end loaders drove trucks I don't know anything about those machines
Free Beer is good Beer...
Always
Andy I’m amazed that you have any knees left after crawling around on the concrete all these years.
Seems you out a lot of effort unto fixing the Mensch truck. Like the looks of the red one.
LOT OF DAMM WORK FOR A FEW SIMPLE SEALS 🤫🤫🤦♂️. Load the thing with sand CHRISTIAN 8 times said ANDY🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️😂😂😂😂. Tim got him one there 👍👍. Thanks ANDY
Now you can get a big chrome bumper for tim
With all those shop projects going on, do you still operate the 3 am feeding operation, or get a break from that? I don't know how you keep your sanity.
Your getting the floor all dirty.
Nice job on that one them double acting cylinders are a nightmare. I agree with you I did not think that was going to fix it either, usually when those double acting cylinders bypass internally, you can see the seal blown right out when you get it apart but yours didn't really look that way from what I could see in the video. Is that a closed center system? If it's open center and not load sensing I guess you could always turn the steering wheel all the way one direction and then take the hydraulic line off the cylinder on that side and see if you get oil coming out when someone turns the wheel to see if the cylinders bypassing. Unless there's a part two coming, it looks like you got it fixed just in time to trade it off lol.
You know what else is cool is your newest Clark forklift has the hydraulic remotes on the carriage you could make up a set of test hoses with all kinds of different fittings in a box to hook up and test cylinders after you rebuild them. That's what I do on the ones that require a ton of work to get them in or out of the machine. Lots of faith in my rebuild jobs
Given the trouble you have had in the past with these sand trucks and the vast experience you guys have, would it be worth designing and building your own sand truck so that by the time the Mensch is done, you would have your own built and ready roll out and dole out the sand? Will there be a truck bumper build coming up soon I wonder? Another epic video, well done.
Have you looked into recycling the sand? I was following a dairy farmer in ND, he has a recycling system setup.
Yeah
That new Nune looks nice but I am guessing it will be expensive
Those can be left-handed threads could they
👍
Knee pads ?
When do you ever get any sleep
#1 rule for accidents. Don't get into an altercation with a HUGE TRUCK with a little car, and don't be in a rush to cause it! I'll bet Timmy thought "Why me"? I was in a slow left turn when someone passed me on the left. Shook me up fur a wile.
Wore her out dodging all those cowpies!
Thnks for sharing. Hope the new sand truck works out for you? Does that have 4 wheel drive to?
I see the nuhn sand truck is there, how is that working out, you said it was a demo
“O” hell wait till the oil gets hot before jumping to conclusion, better yet get it in a predicament where there is no point of return and see than if it works right or not.
Thought the 9620 you mentioned was Sarah’s 💁♂️ what Alex is the greedy sis who needs all new things 2024 ? 💁♂️😅😂🤣 also in theory the sand in hydraulic fluid takes up the slop in older equipment 🤷🏻♂️😉😅😂 only kidding on myself of.
Said all along it was for Alex.
Well when they complain you tell them it’s all good you don’t hear with your eyes nothing wrong with repeating
Maybe the fuel pump could use light to signify that it's on. How about calling it "Tim's Light"! Boy ,first he gets hit and now he has a light named after him. lol. just kidding Timmy
😊😊😊😊😊😊
💜💜💜❤❤❤💛💛💛 So beautiful and fantastic video. I like it 💛💛❤❤💜💜💙💙💚💚💗💗👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Andy do sale silage to other farmers ?
No we don’t
You boys would had that hood repaired and painted just fine in less than 2 days. Some of us are made different
Tell mensch how many units you use, or how many you used in the past, and how many neighbors use mensch, or not. Then ask what kind of support they will provide
Mensch paying for the steering pump? They should be if they told u to do something and then it broke. Thats fucked up.
Language,, keep it respectfull!! There are young and old that read and follow this great site,
@@johnhughes2113 sorry
Thank you Jacob, your a gentleman.
do you guys still have the old mensch vac truck?
They are selling it.
Andy do you see why you want to be legal with DOT?
Good job! Gotta be smarter than what you are working with, huh?
Nuhn Sand Truck looks beefier…bigger box…bigger axels
Your poor knees
Hi
Audio still muffled almost like yelling into the mic 🎤 😅 😊
Personally I would use a brass hammer or a dead blow on that chromed piston rod end. But that’s just me.
Wow that’s a lot of hard work time and money for nothing if it doesn’t fix it maybe mench should send their own tech on their own dime lol
Seems like that thing has been a real pain in the butt at times. What will be the next one you get ? Will you go back to mensch for another one next time
Ever consider a self propelled mixer?
No
@@FarmingFixingFabricating are they not worth the money? I just wondered, take care
Did you decide to demo the nuhn sand shooter before or after this problem?
Before
This might help make the decision a little easier. Haha
Jaŕrod should sell that mack to Duffy Ag
Andy, you need a copper hammer
DEAD blow hammer would be use full , on cyl repair. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
No offense intended, but the views of you struggling with this cylinder reminded me of the "300 Lb gorilla" people refer to when the durability of a tool or something.
As jpaydirt says I win
Schells Beer made in New Ulm Mn
Thought you just bought that thing new from the dealership. They should have to fix it, not you. Maybe you should try and find a decent one from another company
Poor Tim he’s seems to be a magnet for idiot drivers.
Tim 1 car 0
I hope they gave you a steering box
👍
