Hey, can you please do a review on the condo building at 2144 Pelissier? I’m moving there end of next month and am curious as to others opinions about it, not finding anything online. Also I’m curious about others opinions about bay terrace condos at Lauzon and mchugh, my old stomping ground
Your privilege is showing when you think 1,700 dollars a month is “reasonable” for rent. While these condos are absolutely stunning there is a big majority of people in Windsor that can only dream of affording that. There are many low income families that just want a house as a place to raise their kids and retire in it. Not all of us want beautiful brand new places or updated living. Most of us just want basics and a roof over our heads rather than buy a house or condo to rent at prices no one can afford.
@@ryancrits8180 they say cancer rate is high in Windsor would you say that its linked to factory workers who are directly exposed to fumes? or factory workers who work overnight..? thank you for the reply by the way
@ugh-su5qg no one can say for sure but I tend to believe it’s because factory worker’s statistically are much more likely to engage in lifestyle behaviours that increase cancer risk (smoking, drinking, etc)

Hi! So for a BBQ that will depend on the condo corporation - they are all different. As for dogs - yes you can take your dog to any park, but you're supposed to keep them on a leash. Although, I see people with dogs off leash in parks all the time. People don’t care as long as they are well behaved dogs.

The snow and cold from Montreal makes me want to move there asap!! I am serious about it too, but my kids are not quite keen on changing school. That being said my youngest have only 3 years left in his high school... Some people have cabins in the woods, I'm thinking having a 'cabin' (aka small house or condo) in the Windsor region for Winter time. And it could be a great investment as well.

There aren’t many. There is a luxury condo that sells around 1 million per unit. And an affordable one on the older part of town that sells near 400k

I think it’s because land is mostly taken up and it takes years for rezoning. Plus more people want to live in suburban areas

If you buy a condo and lease it does the tenant pay for the electricity bill?
Yes although sometimes electricity is covered in your condo fees
