My suggestion is that you work on one project at a time. Pick a day and get the kids involved in tackling a room every day. I understand you like black, but it can be very depressing and colors can affect someone mentally. It can keep you pumped up and encouraged, or color can bring down your mood. Black curtains actually make homes look very shabby and are not flattering. You have dark walls with all that paneling and the rooms need to be lightened up. I would also ban eating and drinking in the bedrooms. Just my thoughts.
I really love what you’re suggesting. I will take all your ideas in consideration. Also I would love help with some ideas because I really can’t decorate.
Girl you don’t have to explain a damn thang!!! That’s your house you do what you want when you want At the end of the day you paying the bills !!! It takes time to get things how you want it so take your time do little by little and it will all come together I been in my house 20 years and still doing a little here and there till it get the way I want it …TFS !!!God bless you and your family❤

From the look of the house to me is okay it's that you should've cleaned up before showing the house you have stuff all over the place.
I mean I agree my kitchen was all over the place. I just wanted to show that I’m not perfect. I make my kids clean up behind themselves. I have ages 11-18 so the bedrooms are on them. Thank you for your honesty.

Girl! This is a new comment on and old video, but if you see it let me know lol. You gotta regular house for all of us middle class. I consider myself and you middle class. Most of society would consider is poor, but we got a roof over it heads. We take care of our children and we got jobs. Some people are not afforded the things we are. Looks like your home is all cozy and warm. If I could just give you a little advice on the feel of the bedroom, you could totally paint that wood paneling a lighter color and it would make the room so much brighter. Again, that's just my opinion, but you have such a good personality, you deserve a bright inviting room! ☺️ Have a great day girl!

There's too much too comment about. However, I do have to say this woman has a million excuses why her home is MEESY. It's not messy. It's way beyond being messy. It's filthy. What possessed this woman to make this video or think someone would find it enjoyable. I'd rather watch a horror movie.

Tobacco in a cup. Girl you already know hes 14. Boys never take the trash out without being told, i have 3. Take the freezer to the basement and, bring up the shelf with the appliances. Like you said, its a house, y'all live in it. Blessed☺️.

In my town less than 6 months
