Thank you for posting this video. Cosy beach was where i learnt to swim way back when I was 11. At the time I didnt know it had a name, brought back really good memories seeing that again after so long😊
Mrs Paarman who used to live further down road on left (Her son Johnathan was top surfer) rescued sailors whose boat capsized by paddling out on a board bringing them one by one to safety in Bali bay. We used to kreef their as youngsters. 😀
not so secret foe locals...if you approach from the other side of the bridge..you enter bigger area to dive (18.40) the kelp is so thick from where you start...Quite a mission to get through.

subscribed! You're doing such a good job.
This is making me so homesick. Cape Town born and bred, but I live in the UK unfortunately.
kom dan huis toe
Come back bro
Come back to the motherland brother!
The grass is always greener and what not. There are plenty of adventures to have there.
I know Glen beach. It's best at high tide. The cold is therapeutic 🥰🥰🥰
Took my kids to Cosy beach last year, they loved it even though the water is freezing!
The joy of Cape seas. But it wakes one up and worth it for the views.
trick with cold water...stay in for 5min at least ...then get out before 15(your fingers should start to go white)🤣
Don't forget oudekraal
We live very close to a secret beach, and we don't tell anybody about it 😅
Yes. We also have some secret beaches near us. Can’t share all the secrets. But it is nice to share some with others who love to explore the outdoors.
Love the whale❤

Wow. That’s an amazing story. Thanks for sharing.
The water is cold there bra🥶🥶
That’s for sure. But it is invigorating - in small dips.
Simon's Town are has the best beaches in Cape Town
And a secret penguin beach too. 🐧
@africaunexpected 😂😂 where you from?
Why would you advertise a secret beach then?
😅😅 "Super Cosy beach"
Saw someone break his leg at Cosy Beach, was a gruesome sight
That doesn’t sound good
But no lifeguards on these beaches.
This is true. No lifeguards so should be comfortable with swimming or stay shallow.

Not so secret now. Is it
There's a secret beach i go to, perfect for snorkeling, warm water etc, im afraid to name it in this comment so I'll keep the secret......
Only clue im giving is False Bay Coastline
The sharks are back though so don't go looking for it
Sounds intriguing. Good to keep some secret - and there are many that we also have been to that are best kept secret. Enjoy.
I like Bali
