Exactly where I stopped DS3. Never been able to beat them
I get it that you're sometimes stuck at certain bosses at soulslikes. But what helps me If I can't defeat a boss is to really study their movement/timing (and to stay focussed and calm obviously 😆💪).
Most of the time circling around the boss is the way to go
