Yes the Capes and Bays section was definitely our favourite too! Such beautiful views all the way around hey! We saw the tail end of a couple in the dunes but that’s all for that trip, did you see any? The weather would have been much warmer for your hike I’m sure!
Yeah, there were plenty of snakes around. I kept count of how many I actually encountered that were on the trail and that was seven on the whole hike, mostly tiger snakes.

Wow that is a few! We have been seeing more and more on the hikes we’ve recently been doing. Summer sure is here!

Didn't the salami have to be refrigerated? Was it safe to leave at room temperature?
No need to be refrigerated. We usually just keep it pre-cut in a zip-lok bag or just wrapped up. Good for days on end.
