Classic French Potato and Leek Soup
This soup is so delicious that once you try it, it becomes a staple in your family's menu.
it's better to keep this in the fridge up to 3 days, or if you want to keep it longer, store in the freezer.
Ingredients for French Potato and Leek Soup:
3 Leeks
1 medium-sized white onion
5 or 6 small potatoes
50 g butter
half a cup of heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 liters chicken or vegetable stock
