I've had the Badlands Pro set for something like four years. Magnificent gear, except the zippers are fiddly to start at times but they always come around. The super material they use, I can't say enough good stuff about. I've come off a few times but never at high speeds on the pavement and it has held up fine, and kept me safe. I run the full armor in the set and no additional armor. I run an electric liner and marino wool shirt and T-shirt in the Winter time. I stay warm in the coldest of weather that the Pacific Northwest throws at me. All those accolades are true but... I'm going to go back to a one piece suit for my next "set". I ran an AeroStitch Roadcrafter before the Klim for over a decade. I still have it but it isn't waterproof any longer, if it ever was. Their newer suits have been improved. There is just nothing more convenient than the one piece suits. I'm tired of being off the bike and walking around in the heavy riding pants. Plus I can put my boots on first with the AeroStitch and get in and out of them as quickly as I can get out of the Klim jacket alone. If you ever get a chance to try the one piece suits give it a whirl. Great look at the gear fellas!
Even if you had to pay for a new zip to be fitted by Rukka after years of use , it's going to be about £90. Bit cheaper than a new KLIM outfit. Fair wear and tear is to be expected by any manufacturers warranty.
The Rukka so called rubber zip is a gore product and as such is guaranteed for life. My 7 year old Armas jacket zip broke and I returned it to Gore and they replaced it FOC even paid for postage and it took about three weeks turn around.
I would get Klim next but won’t because I don’t like the short (just at the back) zip between jacket and pants 🫤 I’ll have to stick with Rukka, as there’s nothing else to compare to Klim or Rukka

It would be great to put it on, at the end

Very nice I looked at Klim and Rukka, like the Klim but just did not sit on me right, very nice gear I would look again in the future.

Nice suit Mark much better than the Rukka from last week 😉😁
It’s one of those things that if you have to ask how much it coasts, you probably can’t afford it.
Just FYI, it's pronounced "climb". That's why there's an accent over the I in the name.
Rukka kit is covered for 6 years..for any faults arising from manufacture. Lifetime guarantee for Gore-tex .
Why don't they put belt loops on the trousers. They feel like they will fall down any second
I was just about to ask if you were attatching grenades to the shoulders...
The system is there if you need to… Ride safe
