I go to th gym 4 times a week, well 2 times at home and 2 at the gym, I do it first thing, consistency is key, I body build but it the same with cardio. 15,000 steps a day. Well done on getting treadmill.

Might have to get the kitten a plush Colin the caterpillar can see him going bonkers and being a silly kitten!! He’s been with us almost 3 weeks and had the vets on Tuesday!! He’s gained 450 grams since his 8 week appointment and you rarely get Male Tabby cats!! He’s called Tigger!! Treat is now 10 and Pebbles is now 12
I hope you guys get a pet eventually like a cat or would love to see a pet bird fly around and just sit on Charlottes shoulder hehehehe maybe a fish tank with tropical fish. Cats are easy to look after, dont have to walk them, Ive had 2 cats in my lifetime and love them.

My oldest is 12 she was born feral and came to us when she was about 7 weeks, my middle is 10 she was the runt (smallest) in her litter and is blind in her left eye and we’ve had her since she was 10 months old, our baby is 12 weeks old he is a tabby and was the only boy in a litter of 5 kittens and we’ve had him now 2 weeks
