You must emphasize New Yorkers' similarities rather than their differences. Every one of them should support their neighbor, especially in matters of charity."

@chabadmafia1 No he is not, he is being nice as he is to all people, dinkins doesnt even stand close to a Tzadik like that.. As dinkins quote said your blessing helped a lot. Although dinkins was suppose to keep things good in Jewish neighborhoods and having respect for the fact that Jews gave up so many neighborhoods to African Americans when no one else did, but in my eyes those deeds were never appreciated and still aren't.
