For the past two days, Dimash and his family have been helping support flood relief in parts of Kazakhstan. Apparently the snow melt in the Ural Mts. this year caused some of the worst flooding in years. Dimash also donated financially. What I love so much about Dimash, besides his otherworldly talent, is that he strives to promote a positive role model to others and is kind-hearted and giving. I wish more entertainers were this way. Unfortunately, in our country, many are controlled under the thumb of evil forces, and have very little personal control. That's why I think it is such a good idea for Dimash to be completely control his art.

The film festival was doing a 20 year anniversary tribute to the film Titanic. Dimash was invited to perform the theme song. The song's s producers, Walter Afanasieff and Simon Frangler, were in attendance. Dimash tastefully performed a homage to "My Heart Will Go On", without much embellishment, as the occasion demanded.
For me, he really took this song to another level. He doesn't always need to go high to convey the emotions of a song. Sometimes, it is in the restraint and in the different colors that he brings to his voice that he amayze me the most. Dimash is much more than a singer with a wide vocal range. He is a complete artist who likes to explore different aspects of his voice. Moreover, he often repeats in interviews that he does not want people to focus on his vocal range, that it is only a tool to allow him to express the emotions of a song. Please, continue your reactions to Dimash and you will be amazed at what he can do with his voice, beside high and low notes, you haven't seen anything yet.🥰❤

Celine had stopped singing due to her illness by the time Dimash was being noticed by the rest of the world. She did hand off the song All By Myself to him though apparently saying there's a young guy who sings it better now.
Dimash frequently mentions Celine as one of his influences but there was a rivalry between Celine and Lara Fabian and I know that Dimash adores Lara so we will never know.
Coincidentally though Celine was asked to sing the traditional Chinese song Jasmine once for the spring festival and this is a song that Dimash has now been asked to perform 4 times. It is considered a huge honour for a non Chinese artist to perform this song in China.
Thankfully both Dimash and Lara are much more mature (both intellectually and emotionally) than Lara stans so I don’t think we have to worry
Dimash pay honor to this song and Celine. You should check out his cover of Hello. Yes,this is the Lionel Ritchie version. Performed in a way that only Dimash can.

Often, in interviews, Dimash has shared that he hopes his audience do not focus just on his range. This is just a tool he uses to express the emotions he wants to give to the audience. He is amazing no matter the range.

I fell in love with Dimash's rendition the first time I heard it. So perfect. Might I suggest another fabulous rendition? Please listen to Metal singer, Dan Vasc sing it. So different, yet he still does the main highlight part that Celine (and Dimash) does in the way that they perform it. It is amazing! He finishes it with a Broadway finale ending. A very respectful, yet unique take on it.
Dimash holds that one note for closer to 20 seconds. There is a virtual duet (or mash-up) with Dimash and Celine singing All By Myself.

I do not think that Dimash has a "thick" accent. He just does not have an American accent. Hopefully he will not lose his 'accent.
