Sir where we have to take the value of Vbe and where not, Actually in last numerical you just skip the value of Vbe but in this numerical you take the value ???
You can take vbe as 0.7 for silicon and 0.3 for germanium.. But as the value is very less as compared to vcc thus u can ignore also. The final value is almost same
