Fiesta ST3 Mountune Carbon Induction Kit Install

The installation process of the Mountune Carbon Fibre Intake for the Fiesta ST.
I've fitted this to my Mk8.5 and I decided to document my install with the hopes it will help somebody down the line who will purchase one too.
The installation process was very easy but the parts come without installation so it takes a little bit of thinking to get it all together. There are a number of different sized screws but it's easy enough to find where they go once you lay everything out. Please note, you will find that I attached this to the standard intake hose, this is simply because the aftermarket hose was and is currently still out of stock, but once it becomes available that will be the next modification. This does, however show that it is possible to fit the standard hose to this induction kit.
It was an enjoyable process and it really makes the engine bay look alot better, but most importantly it really does sound amazing! Look at my shorts to see a very short video of the intake sound generated from this piece.

i think the best intake for the st mk8.5
a seperate video with sound inside and out of the car would be perfect

Just got my facelift mk8.5. looking at this kit. How you finding it? Watching your build looks simple enough. Note uses the standard air supply which connects up. But where does the secondary feed go? Have you attached that somewhere under bumper/grille or dows it just point down and take air in from there. Couldnt see that in build so just curious? Apparently ive just snagged the last fiesta ST from the entire evans halshaw network.

So far so good! Secondary feed goes downward towards the ground, but I had to trim it a small bit to make it fit perfectly. I’d say you have to be honest, there’s a big pullback on their production so they’re becoming more and more rare as the days go by

Performance gain is negligible, it did feel as though there was a minor gain but the sound is what makes this kit worth it!
