You can use transfer tape. You place that on top of the design once it’s been weeded, rub over it and then pull it off the backing piece. Then place it where you want, rub it on then remove the transfer tape. The transfer tape is see through so you can see exactly where you’re placing it. I’m sure if you looked on TH-cam for transfer tape tutorials you’d be able to find a few.
So I got htvront adhesive vinyl with carrier sheet. I was told to peel off carrier sheet before I cut. So that would mean I lay sticky side right on my mat?
Unless they have another style that I have not worked with (which is very likely, since I haven’t tried very many of their vinyls), you would lay the clear/carrier sheet on the mat. That should be the backing. Hope that helps!!
Great...I myself just got some vinyl from HTV Ront. I also got heat transfer vinyl. Has anyone tried it on a tumbler.. ok maybe that sounds stupid... hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙
@@gourdhead22 shoot. I don’t see a single video that I used it. I like to hear the cup surface AND heat gun the back of the vinyl. I flatten it with my old cricut spatula. You can also use a mini iron if you have one.
The main thing I wanted to see was getting it from the cut to the transfer paper and apply. 😭

After seeing this I’m even more lost on how to use it, missed the most important part of actually putting it on the cup 😭
