      I really loved how this turned out and still have it hanging in my office. And putting the black vinyl that I cut all at one time down as a first layer really worked well to help me place the various colors. Thanks so much for watching!!!

    What setting did you cut on and which way did you put it on the mat? I’m having so much problems with the cut setting

      For regular adhesive vinyl, I just use the regular Vinyl setting. For adhesive vinyl, you place it with the carrier sheet against the mat and the actual vinyl is up.

    Please help! I am new to the cricut world and I am using this pack as well of vinyl. Some of my words cut through and some don’t. I did it fine using the cricut materials not sure what I am doing wrong here…

      Did you happen to remove the blade and check it for anything that might be stuck to it? That can happen and will cause bad cuts. Other than the blade, I don't know what it would be. Mine all cut very nicely. What setting did you use?

      The sign I made in this video is hanging beside me in my office at the school where I work and it looks like it did when I made it. However, I've never used vinyl outdoors so I do not know how it would hold up. When I have made an outdoor sign, I made a vinyl stencil and paint it. Sorry I could not be more helpful.

    How was you able to make it larger then cricut allows?

    • @MakingwithMarilyn
      @MakingwithMarilyn  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I cut each layer separately and some had to be cut on the longer 12 x 24 mat. It gave me the warning that it was too large for the standard mat.

      @@MakingwithMarilyn So it gave you the warning but how are you still able to cut large I want to learn how to do that can you please help me

    • @MakingwithMarilyn

      When I clicked on the "Make It" button, I received the warning "At least one of your images is larger than 11.5" (29.2 cm) in height or width. Select OK to continue with a larger mat or Cancel to return to the Canvas to reduce size." Then I just clicked "ok" and used my 12 x 24 mat. I hope this helps:)
