It's SO SO SO good to have you back on TH-cam! You are a truly incredible woman! Your an inspiration to many and I'm incredibly grateful you are sharing your vlogs. You are making a massive difference in changing the way people are living. THANKYOU from my family to yours
Buongiorno!
I made a batch today after watching your video. Amazingly simple and the yoghurt had set firm after only 5 hours. I’m so impressed. The tasting will come tomorrow for breakfast. 😋
Thank you so much for this, my yoghurt making exploits have been rather dissapointing up to now, but this morning, I opened the container, and yummy yum yum, delicious yoghurt. I learn so much from you, amazing.
I love your videos! 🥰 Good content and your happiness is so contagious, it makes me smile every time that I watch your videos. All the best for you!!!😊
Fantastic video Hannah xo I haven't made yoghurt for a while so this is great impetus, thanks! What I use instead of a hotbox is an old wide mouthed thermos (pre-heated with boiling water while I warm the milk) and wrap a teatowel around my jar before putting it in the thermos overnight.
Big yoghurt fan here. Used to make it ages ago, I stopped as the way I was shown was long & tedious. I will definitely be making this as shown here, thank you 🌺🌺
Thank you SO much! I love how simple this looks! I have always wanted to try making yogurt but was so intimidated by the idea. This is so helpful thank you!
Will definitely try again following your video - previous attempts, I had to strain it to get any sort of thickness. Also, totally unrelated, I love the little peeks into your house!! 💚 How did you make the recessed boxes within the walls? I know I’m nosey 😬but I would love to see some of the permie tweaks you’ve done within your home.
my yoghurt is completely runny :(. The first time I did this it worked perfectly but the last two times I cannot work out what the problem is...Im heating to 80deg. C then cooling to 40deg plus I am adding some milk powder too (1 tblsp.) then putting it into a hot box overnight for 12 hours and it is still runny. what am i doing wrong?
You say 80 degrees just before boilingpoint, but in the screen it says 80 fahrenheit. 80 degrees fahrenheit is not just before the boilingpoint, that is about roomtemperature. So I am confused. Can you clearify that???
Yes - a major typo, sorry! I meant to write 80 degrees celsius. I've put a note in the description above to warn others about this. I blame it on late night editing 😕
YES! I'm so sorry, I've included a text edit in the description above about this and blame it on late night editing. I was so focused on people NOT thinking it was fahrenheit, that I wrote fahrenheit :-/.

Hi there. If you can't access goat yogurt for the initial starter and are using goat's milk, will a cow yogurt work? Thanks!

Could you use an esky as a hot box?
Sure could!

@@GoodLifePermaculture thank you so much for clearifing that. Thank you for all your vids I love them. Keep them coming
Don't you mean Celcius? You said "just before boiling", but 80 Fahrenheit is only about 26 celcius, not near enough to boil.
And 40C sounds right too, as we percolate at around 37.5C ourselves ;)

@@GoodLifePermaculture Certainly made me think very hard for a few minutes 🤣🤣🤣
😍😍
Thank you! I’m going to have a crack!
