    I love how you encourage peeps to use whatever they have to hand to achieve the projects you demonstrate in your exciting educational videos. Things like using a pillow case to grow potatoes if they don’t have anything else to use! Thanks to watching this video, I’m definitely inspired enough to try making some homemade cheese! Thank you!

    I'm loving these little Monday treats. We are planning on getting dairy goats in the next few years, but in the meantime getting the skills to make cheese now is a good idea.

    Another wonderfully informative video, thanks Hannah. Love how you translated the Aussie vernacular for an international audience. We so often forget that others may not 'get' us 🤣🤣🤣

    Made a cheese many yrs ago, the recipe was so complicated, long process & it didn't turn out nice, I swore never again, until I saw your vid. That baking rack idea, perfect. I'm definitely making this, thank you 🌺🌺

    Thank you Hannah! Will try this soon.
    I make something similar but sweeten it up and wrap in home made crepes for breakfast.

    I made your cheese recipe with dill and garlic chives. Thank you Hannah, it was really delicious and simple to make. I think this will definitely be a winning recipe for any special occasion or just because my milk is going off. 😊

    This recipe is mint. I have made this 3 times. Twice it worked perfectly and was delicious. The 3rd time the cheese was a little crumbly and dry compared to previous times. Do you think this was too much or not enough lemon juice? Thanks! 🤓👍🏆

    Thanks for the great video, I made it this morning and I’m now waiting impatiently to eat it. With the whey do you think it would be okay to use it on my blueberries since it’s slightly acidic? Thanks again.

    Hannah thank you so much for making it this simple! My 4 year old daughter LOVES your videos and I just wanted to check - do you turn the heat off when you reach 80deg and then mix in lemon? Thank you again, can’t wait to try it!

    • @GoodLifePermaculture
      @GoodLifePermaculture  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's right Christie, just turn it off once it reaches 80 degrees, then pop in the lemon/vinegar. Say g'day to your daughter for me :-).

    Thanks for your video. Unfortunately we don’t have an dairy animals. Am I able to use just regular milk from the supermarket or does it need to be raw and untreated?

    • @GoodLifePermaculture
      @GoodLifePermaculture  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As I mention early on in the video- you can use any animal milk from the shop. Doesn't have to be organic, can be pasteurised etc :-)

    Great video.
    If you buy your milk don’t use Ultra Hight Temperature pasteurized milk. It won’t work.

    can you sterilise the pot by putting water in it and bringing it to boil? or do you also have to boil the outside of the pot. sorry weird question

    • @GoodLifePermaculture
      @GoodLifePermaculture  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The pot is clean, but we don't have to sterilise it as we're heating the milk to 80 degrees (176 fahrenheit) which will kill off any bad bacteria.
