    I know some of you have asked how you can support the Shane Thomas Country Guitar Classics channel and help the channel grow. For those interested a Buy Me A Sweet Tea account has been created. Donations of any amount are appreciated and will go to help the channel improve and provide you with more resources to help you become a guitar player of country classics!!

    • @countrymusicguitarclassics
      @countrymusicguitarclassics  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I sure can. I love t hat song. I think the same guy that helped write Peaceful Easy Feelin by the Eagles, also wrote Slow Dancin. Thanks for the request and for watching.

    Why are his strings so sloppy? Clip the damn things or you'll lose an eye.

    • @countrymusicguitarclassics
      @countrymusicguitarclassics  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Haha. Good point Jesse! I guess back then I was so excited that I had brand new strings, I couldn't wait to play the song and make the video of it. I should have took a minute tocut them that is true. Thank goodness I survived and didn't lose an eye in the process. Thanks for watching the video.

    Is this a similar version to David Allan coe version or a different versio

    • @countrymusicguitarclassics
      @countrymusicguitarclassics  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The David Allen Coe version is different. I will have to make a video showing how to play his and George Jones version of the song. Good question !

    Should have left the song as it was written. Stapleton screwed it up.

    Nice! But don't forget most Chris Stapleton songs are played in the drop D tuning. That gives him his trademark sound..especially with that old Jazzmaster!
