Lac de Gaube, Pyrenees - Beautiful Mountain Hike

We didn't quite know what to expect arriving at the Pont d'Espagne in the French Pyrenees. The huge car park and cable cars meant there had to be something good for us to do and we ended up on a brilliant hike to the beautiful Lac de Gaube. The tranquil mountain lake provided the perfect backdrop to a packed lunch and the alpine sheep with their bells on gave a sweet soundtrack!
