Henson's training is great. Hope the owner likes what he sees in the training of Oakley. Oakley is so calm. Liked it when Oakley followed Henson around. Oakley has come a long ways since I saw the last video. I have missed videos 2 - 4. Oakely will be a nice horse to ride.
I’ve only made videos of rides 1,3, & 6 I believe. I won’t do another one again until like ride 15

Happy Turkey day, boy Lincoln gets his work out, he wants to be right next to Henson at all times. Oakley is such a pretty mare, her owner should be really pleased with how she is coming along. Henson is really patient with the horses never gets excited. Thanks for sharing the update with us.

Looking good, I'm ready to see her outside. Saw a comment the other day about starting and riding young horses. Fella was talking about starting them at 2 or 3 yr. old. He said that before everyone had a truck and trailer, they started them at 2 or so then rode them to wherever they were working and switched to the older horses for work. He believed it made sounder horses in the long run.
I agree. We have started some older than three and they already have the mindset that they shouldn’t have to work or pay attention…. Start them early- just like kids - and they have a good work ethic. Thanks John.

You need to get a gadget that counts the steps or miles put it on OL Lincoln to see how many miles he runs around the round pen. Lincoln is stealing the show.

No. JHeart horses DO get preference though, these outside ones can come if we have openings for them

I never owned a horse in my life but if I have money I would buy this horse even tho I know general stuff about horses. But this would be a great start for someone who loves horses but never owned one like me
I wish soon in the future my goal is to get a horse and learn how to ride and be around horses and I am 40 years old my dream is to have a farm with horses and simple life style

Never heard A dog called A yearling before lol. Shows the natural herding instincts of the shepherds. Ours used to go crazy if we were in separate rooms. Tried to herd us into one!

i,d have to clip the dog to a post or something i really hate dogs that run around a pen just how i am i gues si found it a bad habit for them to get into
a little hard to hear hensen all the time.
