Thank you Rose for showing your husband beautiful places in Ugandan. Please take him on sight seeing in Kampala to see the town and beautiful structures so that when he gets to China he will tell others what he saw. Take to the Zoo to see exotic African animals too. Keep promoting Uganda, we have a jewel in you.
Yeah even the western uganda is soo beautiful, mburo park, queen Elizabeth park, side of kisoro wit gorilla's and the Elgon in mbaale
Akuo: China has a global infrastructure program called Belt and Road Initiative that Uganda is a client of. Many Chinese infrastructure engineers and other skilled workers have been to Uganda to work on the infrastructure projects over the years. But yes, more local Ugandans are hired for those projects than Chinese. Apparently, Turkey will now be building a railway system for Uganda. China had already built one along with other infrastructure.
So many Chinese people have already seen Uganda. Maybe Chinese people even built a few of the buildings.
A u sure about turkey building railway.. after the earth quake Crisis.....less hope
@RM-qw3xz your comment was so unnecessary. Clearly you just wanted to one up someone to brag about what China has done for Uganda. This is not a competition. The person who initiated this thread was referencing Rose to show HER HUSBAND certain parts of Uganda that he's never seen. No one is talking about what "China or Turkey built for Uganda." Some of you are so miserable. This is a nice wholesome family video. It's not about politics or what another country does for another one. And no. I'm not reading replies.

Hi Rose! Hi Mr. Wu Jianyun! Hi Anzai! What a great hike! Creating many memories that you can all remember for the rest of your lives. Such a stunning location. Rose, will you teach Anzai how to speak English, so that he may be able to communicate with your family one day? Our son could have been trilingual. I say ‘could have been,’ because my in-laws’ were frowned upon for speaking Spanish in their schools while growing up, so they never taught their sons, and me being of Japanese descent was horribly bullied while growing up, so I pushed being ‘Japanese,’ way in the back of my mind. I never truly wanted to learn how to speak, despite taking Japanese lessons as a child. I’m fluent in understanding, and can speak enough to get around, but holding an entire conversation in Japanese, just won’t happen. Now that my parents are gone, and I have a slew of relatives in Japan, I’m resistant to visit them for fear of not being able to communicate with them. Anzai has so much family in Uganda and it’s clear that he loves it there. I pray that he doesn’t make my same mistake. My son, who just graduated law school, is now taking courses in conversational Japanese, and will continue with re-learning Spanish (outside of what he learned in high school). Anzai is lucky Rose, because you’re smart and young, and can teach him. ❤ Take care and blessings to you all.

@teatree6228- firstly they're from Uganda not Kenya! Secondly, English is more universally spoken than a local language so since Anzai is unlikely to move to Uganda permanently, and the majority of people in Uganda understand English perfectly well, I don't see how a local language would benefit him better than English!!!
Hubby is singing he is content. The trip to Uganda was a needed treat Rose.

Beautiful! It made me think about the mountains and hills back in my hometown in Chile.running up and down the hills as a child with my sister and cousins, swimming at the river in Los Andes, beautiful memories. Is all flat land where I've been living for the past 13 years so I really miss Los Andes, I recently visited the Alps in Switzerland but is not the same😢 big hugs from a chilean in Hamburg, Germany.

I noticed that in China, Wu Jianyu is very reserved in his tactile expressions, though he shows Rose affection using words and acts of service. In Uganda, he appears more comfortable. His stride is loser and he initiates hand-holding with his wife. So sweet to see him display this side of him.
