Mam maine 6 baar try kiya cake bake krne ko but harr barr cake niche se beech me kacha reh jata hai... Aapki baaki IFB microwave wali video bhi dekhi but wohi problem hoti hai barr barr.. mre pass bhi same aapke wla IFB ka microwave but ab lag raha bekar hi purchase kiya isko.. aapke pass koi solution hai to please bataye.
Mere sath yahi problem hai kya koi solution mila tumhe?

@@techh9171 nope .. it does not work out. Ye wla microwave bilkul bekarr hai.. isse behtar cake cooker me bnta hai. Plus maine bht research kiya to pata chala microwave oven are not suitable for baking. Kyuki usme heat regulate krne ka koi sahi mechanism ni hai. Bss uparr see bht jaida heat aati hai.. niche kuch bhi ni... Agr if you are really looking for baking good cakes. Then sirf Oven khrido.. microwave overn sucks.

Mam mera oven ifb 23sc3modle ka conversation oven h main jb bhi isme cake bake krti hu mera cake center me kacha rh jata hai aur upar se crunchy ho jata hai aisa kyu hota hai
IFB mein baking issue aata hai ....
Mere sath bhi same ho rha hai abhi tk 4/5 bar try ki hu niche se kachha rh jata hai or upar hai hard hota h kya kru

I used ifb 30 ltr oven.
I made a vanilla sponge cake..
Maida -1 cup,
Sugar - 1 cup
Baking powder 2 tablespoon
Egg -2
Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon
Milk room tem - 1/2 cup.
Preheat 180 for 30 min,
Then change temp 160 - 15 min.. Baked the cake..
But my cake is not soft,, it was very hard...
What happened mom?

Using a microwave in convection mode is the same as baking in an oven. Not a microwave cake
