I have a ? I made this today, didn't use a Dutch oven though. You mentioned your eggrolls took about 10 mins, Mine took about 2 to 3 mins per side. The wrapper started browning right away. Is it because my heat was too high or because I didn't use a Dutch oven and I do have one. Just curious why your cook time was longer and what was your heat temperature? Thank you
